Elite Cleaning & Restoration

Arrived a few minutes early and after a tour of rooms needing cleaned, protected corner of walls before bringing in hoses (really was impressed by that). Worked quickly but carpets look great. Advised me to be careful when leaving a room so I wouldn't fall (recommended a towel at entrances). Both men were very friendly. Carpets were dry by late evening, stairs by next day.

I purchased the Angie's List, eco-friendly cleaning for up to 6 rooms for $149 with Elite Cleaning. I have 2200 sq ft of home and the majority of the rooms are carpeted: 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, large finished basement, 2 flights of stairs and a hallway. I was just planning on doing the original cleaning for the additional 4 rooms to save some money, but the Elite Cleaning employee said he would do the deodorizing and protection for an additional $55. He arrived within the allotted scheduled time, came in and got to work right away. and even showed me the difference their service was making. There was a large darkened area from the previous owners high traffic areas, and it was 2-3 shades lighter after cleaning. Job was well done, he was very polite and the house smelled great. I will be calling them back to do my exit home here shortly.

When my husband and I first obtained possession of the house we bought we couldn't help but notice the overwhelming dog smell. We hired Elite Cleaning to come in and clean the carpets, get some stains up, and hopefully remove the pet odor. As soon as the gentleman walked in he said he would try his best with the odor, but that he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't come back as he believed it was deeply embedded. Immediately afterwards I thought we were in the clear, but the smell did come back after a few days. I don't blame Elite Cleaning for this at all and I appreciate their honesty, rather than making false promises. Other than the smell coming back I was pleased with how great the carpets looked.

I am refinancing my house & needed this done rather quickly. They arrived on time & quickly & efficiently cleaned the aforementioned areas. They were friendly, courteous, & gave me some advice on which type of carpet worked best with dogs. Would use them again.

First contact on phone was very pleasant. I needed carpets cleaned in two homes, one we were buying and the one we were selling. Very friendly and informative on phone. Answered all my questions and very helpful. The day we had the new house clean the guy arrived promptly when they said they would, very pleasant and efficent. The 2nd house was the same. He also asked how the carpets turned out in the new house and when told there was a stain that was still visible(left by the previous owner) he offered to return to the new house and try to work on the area again for us at no charge.

They did a good job considering the carpet was 10 years old.

The process went great. Willie arrived about 10 minutes early, scouted out the job and promptly got to work. He pretreated the more heavily soiled areas, steam cleaned the carpet and applied the stain blocking spray. The carpet looked great when he finished. We were very happy with the quality of the work and with the professionalism of the tech. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

Finally.....an honest carpet cleaner. He looked at the carpets and described the extent of the pet damage peeing and discouraged me from cleaning the carpets because it would be a waste of money and suggested a refund. He found only 2 rooms that would be marginally cleanable and suggested that, in his experience, he would tear up all the carpets and treat the underlying floor before proceeding with any new floor covering. He was so helpful and described how to use 1 cup of bleach per gallon of water to wash over the pet stains and kill bacteria and then roll Kills over the dried spot to keep odors sealed in so future pets would not smell them and find the need to "mark their territory" again. He was more concerned about doing what was best for me then lining his pockets with cash. Absolutely use this carpet cleaner!!

I had really bad pet stains and had never had the carpets cleaned since I moved in a year ago. So I wasn't sure how they would turn out. Willy was very professional, on time and honest about the fact that he wasn't sure some of the stains would. He told me he wouldn't do the Scotchguard until we were sure the stains came out. The carpets came out beautifully! He worked very hard, and was pleasant to talk to. He was also very careful about my walls and hardwood floors. I will use this company again!

Our service provider was excellent and professional. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and they arrived on time and had the job done within an hour, couldn't have expected better service and will use them again.

Willy called before coming out and was there in 15 minutes. He came in, looked at the room, asked a couple of questions. Went out to his truck and got his equipment in order. I showed him three areas that needed extra attention, which he sprayed with a stain remover. He waited about five minutes, tipped all the furniture over that he was going to clean under and started to clean. He was very thorough and complete. He was very professional and friendly. I would use this company again.

Elite Cleaning contacted me within 5 hours of purchasing Angie's List "deal". They cleaned 6 areas of white carpet in my home - and did an amazing job. I will without a doubt, be using their services again.

It was good. It was the owner and son. The owner was fine. The son just had an attitude, a little chip on his shoulder. The owner talked too much. They were reasonably prompt. They could have been a little more prompt and then they could have had a better attitude for the son. He acted like he just did not want to be there. The owner was pleasant and chatty but we were hoping they could just be more efficient because we had other things to do, while we waited.

Although I did not end up needing to use this provider I wanted to give Rick at Elite a good review because of his flexibility with trying to work me in on short notice and in an unusual circumstance. He was willing to clean 4 rooms, a small hallway and stairs for $99.00 + tax. This was a very good deal - actually the same as the 1st provider offered. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to try to help me out when I was in a tough spot! I would definitely consider using them again should the need arise! Great customer service!

I needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice. Not only did Elite work me in the next day, they did a fantastic job. My 15 year old carpet looks like new. This is after we seriously considered replacing it all - and they moved furniture too. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. I need my upholstery cleaned on my furniture and fully intend on hiring Elite - they're awesome.

Incredibly impressed with the job that was done. We had very old and stained carpet and I had low expectations on how well they could get it cleaned up based on the poor job a previous carpet cleaner had done. Many pet stains and traffic area issues but Elite was able to get them all cleaned and removed. Carpet looks almost new and smells great! They responded promptly to the scheduling request, were able to get us scheduled on short notice and arrived on time. Truly amazing job!! They took the time to do it right and were obviously focused on providing the highest quality results, even though I had the coupon rate for the service. I highly recommend this provider and will not hesitate to use them again, coupon or not, for any future cleaning. Very well done!
