Elevated Fence LLC

Jerry from Elevated Fence was awesome to start with. GREAT communication, prompt, provided solid feedback and lots of good ideas. So much so, that I went with him over the other 3 installers I talked too. Elevated was NOT the lowest bid, nor the highest. It was agreed that I would buy the materials directly. He was slow in scheduling....but, gave him the benefit of doubt that it was due to weather. He started work on 6/25/18.....and did a pretty good 2 days work putting in about 80% of the line posts, and H-braces for my 2,000 feet of 5' No-climb woven wire fencing on yellow-pine cylinder posts. He accidently hit an unmarked privately owned waterline for my neighbor's house (not his fault), and from there he mentally checked out. He finished out that day, and never did anything else. I had paid 50% of the total estimate as a draw....of which he was actually a little short of having done. He showed up again on 7/13 and after a few hours simply walked off the job. He sent me an email to let me know. Reason given was that they were unable to handle this size project due to lack of personnel. For what it is worth, they also tore the heck out of my yard running the bobcat through it when it was way too wet to do so.
