Everything went very smoothly. Got a quick estimate over the phone and scheduled the move immediately. Thought it was a fair price. The workers showed up on time. They were pleasant and efficient. They took instructions well and were very careful and neat. The whole job was done in less than 2 hours. Very easy to work with.

The move went really well. The movers were very professional, courteous and definitely efficient as in their moving company name. They were mindful of keeping both our "old" home and "new" home safe from any dinks or gouges. In our "new" home we had hardwood re-finished and additional wood floors installed as well as new carpeting laid upstairs. Troy discussed with me how we were going to protect the hardwood (we laid a Rosen paper to cover it) and Troy had the movers lay a protective covering over the carpeted stairs and in the hallway upstairs. They were also patient and friendly with my six year old son, who was very impressed by all of the very strong men.

Troy came out and walked through the house with me and we scheduled the move for the following week. Upon arrival, the guys (6 total) also walked through to see what went and stayed. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and very careful with our belongings. We have quite a few very heavy antique pieces, 4 bedroom sets, 2 family rooms, an office, and a grand piano that was moved. One of the antique bookcases was too big to go down our new basement stairs so the guys had to carry it around the outside of our house and through the basement. Our new house was set up exactly how I asked and everything went smoothly and without problem- except for the heavy furniture- sorry guys!! This is the absolute best moving company out there and you won't be disappointed hiring them!!!

This was the best $500 we ever spent. They had the lowest quote of all the companies we contacted, they were always pleasant on the phone. The crew we had was extraordinarily friendly and professional, and they came in almost exactly on the nose of the quote they gave us.

They were courteous and professional. They were efficient and helpful. I found them to be satisfactory and would use them again.

I spoke with Troy Rote at Efficient Moving and he asked several questions and then was able to come to a firm estimate quickly. He was easy to work with and gave us a fair quote for a relatively small job. Shawn and Sean called the morning of the move and said that there were truck problems and that they would arrive within the half hour and they did. Appreciated them! letting us know the exact time that they would arrive. The movers knew exactly how to move the pieces and got right to work. They were, indeed, efficient. We were very impressed with both their work and courteous manner. They were very careful and protected the items and the area where they were working. It was a very positive experience. These movers are one of the reasons that we value Angie's List. It is always great to find companies that really try to live up to their promises.

Although we did all the prep work and packing before movers arrived, we were very impressed with the fact that they arrived right on time, were very careful to pad banisters and corners and even lay moving pads down outside over some muddy sidewalk ( as it was raining! ) and moved quickly and as their name implied "Efficiently". They also were the only company that agreed to pick up and deliver whenever we wanted as opposed to others who could only estimate a delivery time of "whenever we have a truck going that way". The guys who picked us up were the ones who locked up the trailer with only our belongings on it, drove to North Carolina and then unloaded our things exactly on time. They also were able to find our new place without help when we have had local utility people calling us for directions. The movers were polite and friendly but stuck to business and kept busy constantly except for a quick meal break, they were very careful with all of our belongings and respectful of us.

This was a very positive experience. The name says it all -- they were efficient, not wasting any time and being very careful with the objects they moved and our walls and doors.

From the return call to the set up of a time to quote to the pick up of the rented boxes, Efficient Moving performed above my expectations. They were friendly, courteous, and careful. Several times during the load in the lead mover called me or my wife in to a room to note existing damage or possibility of damage due to something not exactly right with an existing furniture piece. This level of detail during an otherwise mundane task of moving 'stuff' from here to there was very well received. They arrived with 4 men, a box truck, and an SUV and trailer. Everything rode very well it seems as no damage whatsoever has been found since the move. They laid out rugs and blankets to protect the carpet and placed these stick up blanket coverings on the doorway trim. As moves could go, this one could not have been better. Would hire them again !

My daughter had purchased a newer model TV and offered me her old rear-projection model that weighted 375 pounds. Taking the recommendation from Angie's list we contacted Efficient Moving to do the moving. Troy coordinated all meeting and moving times with me via land line and cell phone - he was right on time at both places and did the job in a manner that speaks well for their company name -Efficient Moving.

Easy to schedule, very flexible, and they handled a fairly delicate move of the oak cabinet well.

Great service. They took excellent care of our furniture as well as our homes and nothing was damaged. They even came back and moved a piece we forgot. One of the items they had to move was an elliptical exercise machine which is big and bulky. They did a great job squeezing through a tight space without damaging the machine or the house. We will definitely use them again. Their name says it all.

Troy came out and gave me an initial estimate, which also included a trip to a storage facility. His initial estimate was so reasonable, I scheduled them to move me the following month. I think moving is horrible, so my hat's off to anyone who does it for a living. Troy and 2 other men arrived on time, worked like crazy, kept up their spirits and senses of humor even though it was one of those 90+ degree days. Everything made it from point A to point B in excellent condition. All 3 were very polite and the day went much better than I anticipated!

Troy was wonderful to work with. From the initial estimate where he took his time to explain the process and through the actual move, Troy was thorough, professional and knowledgeable about his business. After getting the estimates I was required by our company, he was far and away the best choice in moving companies. He packed and loaded us in three days and unloaded in one day. He gave me tips on how to expedite the process on both ends. He arrived in Cleveland exactly when he promised and delivered us in less than 7 hours. I can't say enough about his company and his employees. The same crew is with him throughout the move, no scary subs at the delivery end. The guys are all nice and great to work with. Nothing seems too difficult for them to handle. If they can't fit something they let you know up front. I will DEFINITELY call him when we need to move again, no doubt about it. He made our move as easy as it could be.

Arrangements were easy to make. When I called, I sometimes had to leave a message, but Troy was quick to call back. The quote he gave me was slightly lower than others I had been given. When I asked if I could bring the cost down by doing some work myself, he agreed (another company had declined), and offered a reduction that I thought was pretty good. We rented some boxes, 50 cents a box seems a decent solution to the box problem. Troy delivered them himself, and took a quick walk-through. Four movers arrived with two trucks at about 9:30 am. On the day of the move, and set right to work. They were experienced, friendly, and good-humored, and they worked hard and quickly. They took good precautions against damaging the homes and the furniture. The piano didn't cause them any problems. The cost was exactly what Troy had told me, even though there were some changes in plan that caused them extra work. I was very pleased with the price and the quality of work.

Professional and on-time, quickly let us know we were not going to be able to fit everything into the POD that we expected (and they were right by a mile). Carried, prepped and packed very carefully, letting us provide guidance and priority on items that we needed to be inside the POD. Were very careful with delicate items and in dis-assembling furniture for packing.

Very well. They were on time, performed as promised, and were extremely helpful, in spite of very bad weather conditions, extreme cold, snow on the ground and on the driveway where they loaded, etc. At the destination, they delivered some of my tools and equipment to a workshop external to the house.

I contacted Troy and he was able to quote me the cost of labor and travel very quickly. His price was fair and he explained the different options that were available to me. He immediately made me feel comfortable about the move and the manner in which it would be conducted. The guys were wonderful and professional to say the least. They showed up on time and worked hard to help us fit our items into the POD. They made the entire process go smoothly and we actually finished in less than three hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers who are professional, courteous, and very customer service oriented.

There were a few things they forgot to do. They asked if there was anything else at the end of the job and we should have done a walk through. They forgot to put a door back on. They did a good job with our two pianos. There was a lot that they had to do and they did most of it but it was not perfection. We had to have them put a bed frame together and they didn't do it quite right. But overall, they did a really good job. Nothing was broken.

The move went really well. It was an extremely hot day, and as my helpers faded, I was able to add extra furniture to the move. The additional cost to me was very reasonable.

They took extraordinary care in packing and moving our belongings. I would recommend them highly.

EFFICIENT MOVING PROVIDED ONE OF THREE QUOTES I OBTAINED TO MOVE THIS PIECE OF FURNITURE. VERY, VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR. THE OTHER TWO MOVERS I CALLED WANTED MORE THAN $100/TRIP TO MOVE THE CABINET. TROY AND JUSTIN WERE GREAT!! ARRIVED PROMPTLY, CAREFULLY MOVED THIS VERY HEAVY PIECE OF FURNITURE SO THAT I COULD PAINT, THEN RETURNED TWO DAYS LATER AND MOVED THE PIECE BACK INTO PLACE. THIS WAS ARGUABLY A VERY SMALL JOB, AND ONE OF THE COMPANIES I CONTACTED MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS A WASTE OF THEIR TIME. NOT TROY AND JUSTIN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN.

EFFICIENT MOVING WAS GREAT. TROY AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE RIGHT ON TIME ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE, WERE CAREFUL AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN LOADING AND UNLOADING OUR STUFF. THEY WERE CHEERFUL, POLITE, AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE'VE DEALT WITH A NUMBER OF MOVERS IN OUR TIME, AND EFFICIENT WAS PROBABLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD.

VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY MOVED THINGS INTO THE HOUSE. IT WAS A VERY TIGHT FIT. THEY ARRANGED THE FURNITURE WHERE I WANTED IT AND ALSO MOVED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES AT MY REQUEST. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY TOLD ME TO ENJOY MY NEW FURNITURE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A NICE THING TO SAY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE.
