EFFICIENT MOVING

They moved office furniture for me and did a great job. They even cleaned up all the boxes.

We were very pleased with their services and rates. The move went very smoothly.

I'm a bit late in reporting this, however, they moved my partner and I last February '08. Troy came out ahead of time, his estimate was accurate and great price. He worked around another big move they were doing to accommodate our ever changing move dates on our end. The team he sent was outstanding, professional, courteous, prompt. Nothing was damaged, they stacked everything up in an orderly fashion in the basement and we were done in no time. Would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends as well. Again, outstanding!

They showed up at the promised time and took care in moving items. They were very responsive to the specific requests we had for certain items to be placed at the rear of the storage unit. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

Troy was very professional. He came to my home an gave me a specific quote for my job. His team was very positive. They communicated well and worked tirelessly. I was especially impressed with the care they took on several extremely heavy items. They were careful to include all items to be moved on the quote. They also provided a convenient box rental program. And when we need to make some small adjustments they were more than happy to accommodate. They had an appropriate number of people for the job and were organized with their effort. Simply put, I've never had a better moving experience.

First, Troy promptly returned our call for an estimate. The crew arrived on time, We were so pleased with the crew of four who moved our furniture, including our piano. I liked the fact that there was a quote for the move based upon pieces moved and we were not paying per hour. They spent the whole day on our move; even went to a storage space before going to our apartment. There were a few things I had forgotten to include and the price increased very little. They knew what they were doing and we were very confident that our possessions were being handled carefully. We will definitely hire them again when we move to a new house.

Efficient Moving is the best moving company out there! It's been several months since the first move and everything went just as smoothly and "efficiently" as the previous move. The guys (who I might add were the same who moved us earlier- which I think says a lot about Troy and his company!) were right on time, went through the house to see check what was leaving and what was staying, and got right to packing up. They had the house packed up quickly and carefully in a few hours and promptly delivered it to our new home. They placed everything where I wanted it and even moved a few things in other positions when I didn't like where I said to put it. The guys are very polite, professional and extremely careful. You won't be sorry hiring them.

The move went great. Three employees of Efficient Movers worked very hard moving lots of stuff. They were very courteous and did a great job with getting everything moved. We had more stuff than they anticipated and they brought a second trailer to finish the job and didn't even charge us extra. I don't think I ever want to move again but if I do I would choose this company again!

They did a very good job, nothing broken in the entire move. Troy and his guys were professional and pleasant. I was thinking that they would have reassembled some furniture on the back end (beds and tables that they took apart for packing), but we hadn't discussed it and it was really no big deal. All the hardware was accounted for. Our move also included moving a piano (for a small extra fee) and they did a nice job of that. Overall, they did a very good job and I would use them again.

They were easy to get hold of, arrived on time and were careful with the moving.

The two movers were punctual and professional. The job was completed on time and at the price I was quoted. The scheduling process was flexible and worked perfectly. If I have a similar need in the future, I will hire this company again.

Troy came out & gave us a quote about a month prior to the move. With gas prices going crazy, we were worried that our bottom line would be affected. But Troy did the move for the original estimate. Everyone was very nice and professional. No items were damaged in the move and the houses on both ends of the move were well-protected from dings & scrapes.

The job went perfectly. No dropped furniture, no scratches, dents, etc. The movers were very careful to put the furniture exactly where I wanted it. They called 30 minutes before appointment to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company. They were easy to contact, very pleasant on the phone, and gave an accurate estimate. They arrived on time, moved everything efficiently, and were very careful not to damage anything. This was a complicated move because it had to be done in a certain order, there were many heavy filing cabinets, and several items had to be disassembled before they could be moved. They did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They also were able to give estimate over the phone and stuck with that estimate. Good price for two movers for an hour.

Although a little late, they did call to advise they were running behind, the move went very well. All large items and furniture were moved in record time, safely, with no damage. Items were placed where instructed and left both homes in excellent condition. The estimate was a less than originally given as we managed to move some of those listed items ourselves. Overall, we were very satisfied.

They were excellent. They were on time and got the job done very efficiently. They were very professional and very reasonably priced.

Troy and his assistant showed up on time and were very professional. They took great care in covering all doorway frames, staircases and floors with heavy moving blankets/pads. Furniture was handled with attention to detail to avoid damage. The price quoted was the price we paid at the end of the day. This is a great company, we will recommend them to anyone.

Started in Westerville, picked up bed, moved on to Parshire Common, Columbus; picked up rest of furniture. proceeded to Worthington. Shawn and Tony broke down a queen size and took to basement. Moved other furniture to make room for the incoming furniture. Set up king size and placed other furniture in place. At one point they had to traverse a hill side ravine area in order to get the queen size in the lower level. When I was a little concerned, their comment was, "whatever it takes"! I was most impressed by their carefulness with my belongings. They took the time to wrap and make all secure during travel. I had even forgotten that I had a few things that had to be moved in order to bring in the new, they took care of it. Efficient Movers they are! I am a Real Estate broker and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who will be moving in the future.

I originally called them to go to Delaware to move a piece of furniture (door chest) that I had bought for a disabled family member. The furniture company had delivered it originally, but didn't take it up the stairs and left it in the middle of the living room. I was in the process of declining the delivery, when the furniture company left. I called Efficient Moving to move the door chest up to the bedroom as planned. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they quickly determined that it would not fit up the stairs. My family member called me and I asked them if they would be willing to bring the door chest to my home in Westerville. They agreed and were also very agreeable to moving several other pieces of furniture to make room for the door chest. It was late in the day (8 pm) and completely unscheduled. I appreciated their flexibility (Shawn and Ben) in helping my family member when the other company had left him with an impossible situation.

We needed to have the work done on very short notice, due to a sudden change in our son's moving plans. I called Efficient Moving on Friday to request service the following Monday morning. I talked to Troy, the owner, who said the company was overbooked the entire week, but that he would work us in -- in fact, that he would do the work personally, along with another employee. They met us early Monday morning at my young son's apartment, which turned out to be a complete mess. Nevertheless, Troy and his companion loaded the truck quickly and courteously, handling the furniture with great care. Back at our home, they were quick in rearranging the furniture and moving our son in. We were impressed with the pleasant manner and conscientiousness of both movers, and their complete professionalism. We also appreciated that they worked us in on such short notice and gave us a great price. We definitely will use them again!

They did a great job - they were on time, polite, careful and incredibly accommodating. They worked quickly, but really carefully, and used pads and wall protection everywhere. They went out of their way to be helpful. We had a lot of old furniture (up on the 3rd floor!) we were going to throw out and they volunteered to carry it out to the alley for us - for no charge. They were all personable and friendly, and all worked so hard to make our move as smooth as possible. The company charges by the piece, not the hour, which was wonderful, since we knew, going in, exactly how much we would pay. We were able to add and subtract items from the original estimate, so ultimately we paid for what was moved, and nothing more. They were great about us changing our mind about a few pieces at the last minute. We had gotten other estimates - all hourly - and after calculating how long Efficient Moving took and comparing it to the other quotes, we ended up saving about $300. We will definitely use this company for all our future moves, and would recommend them to anyone. I have moved a lot in my life, and these were the best movers I have ever had!

Three guys showed up, did a great job of packing, moving, and some unpacking. They were very good and very pleasant.

They sent 2 guys out. There were no problems at all. We got excellent service.

Troy and his team were by far the most professional and courteous moving company that I have ever used. They far exceeded my expectations for the move. From the initial contact to get an estimate to moving day and beyond, the communication was excellent and timely. Troy and his team took great care for my home and my belongings. Much care was taken to ensure that my floors and walls were protected as well as all of the furniture. I would recommend Efficient Moving to any one who a quality professional move.
