Jason came out and quickly was able to troubleshoot the issue. Gave me recommendations, cost and lead time. I chose to make the repairs myself (only because it fell into a skill set i have (electronics) but due to the skills and attitude of Jason i will definitely contact Edwards/Jason in the future if I have appliance needs.

Excellent. From the time I asked for a quote via Angi to his coming for an estimate was only a few hours. And he fixed it the next day! Plus he fixed a rattle and cleaned the bottom of the refrigerator (no charge). It was definitely worth the money. I would definitely hire him again.

Our washing machine stopped working. Jason came out the day after I called and was able to pick up the part & fix it the same day.

Mr. Jason Edwards was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. His charge was a little less than what I was quoted when I requested service from GE and he was able to schedule an entire week sooner. I will keep his name on file for all future appliance repairs.

Mr. Jason Edwards fixed the issue in my 10 year old Whirlpool Gold fridge. Ice maker suddenly stopped making ice. Jason spent 1.5 hours trying yo identify the issue. No electric current reaches the maker, but it was very difficult to find out from where is the current cutoff. Rather than changing parts, Jason took few days researching the unique issue and came back. he removed the freezer door and inspected the group of wires feeding the freezer door at the bottom. Voila, a power wire was severed at the bottom. he put an electric junction, put the door back on and back in business. Highly recommend Jason for any house appliance repair/issues. Very reasonable cost at $177 for all the effort. Very professional.

I called late in the day (about 5:30pm) and spoke with Jason about repairing my dryer. He was able to schedule me for the next afternoon. He had me send him a picture of my dryer and a close up of the Serial Number tag by text. When he came the following day, he had the parts needed and replaced the dryer belt after checking the dryer thoroughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. I had also asked two other questions (one about my washer and one about my dryer exhaust thru the cement block). Jason provided several options on how to address those including steps I could do myself or the type of service provider I could contact to make those changes if I elected to move forward. Jason contacted me in the service window I had selected when I spoke with him the night before to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and arrived at the time he estimated. This is the first time I have worked with this company and I will definitely consider contacting him again if other appliances need repair. The total cost of the repair was $198.

I was able to get quick service from Jason. He analyzed the problem immediately, and fixed it in a short time for a reasonable price. He was professional and polite. I would use his services again.

I had contacted Jason because I thought I had a leak under my dishwasher. It turns out the dishwasher was dry Jason spent an hour double checking all connections and searching for any other potential leak. The next day actually found a leak which was a faulty disposal. I called Jason he checked his distributor who had no disposals in stock suggested I pick one up at Home Depot. I went to Home Depot texted a picture of the one I chose he said that would work arrived at my apartment within two hours and installed my new disposal. He is professional very responsive very courteous and when done you can’t even tell he worked in the area

I gave them 1 star only because they did not respond for the service request submitted online despite of a detailed description on what is needed to be done, In a response of being not interested doing the job or some sort of follow up.

Jason was very prompt in answering my call and following up. He came out the next day and was able to complete the repair. There was a challenge, which he ingeniously resolved. He's definitely an expert. Very professional. Would definitely hire again.

Jason came promptly and diagnosed our refrigerator water leak as a cracked water distribution manifold. Unfortunately parts were not available after hours so he returned Monday and replaced the part. He was very polite and easy to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

I talked to Jason at 11:30 when he was on another job, described the problem, sent him a text with the dishwasher's serial number. He arrived at 1:30 with the right parts, replaced them and was done by 2:20. I've never had a repairman take care of any problem that quickly. He was terrific. Can't recommend him highly enough.

He was prompt and courteous, looked over my dryer. The problem is somewhere in the vent, which he was unable to access, so he recommended vent cleaning service.

Could not be more satisfied. I called Jason late morning and he was able to have my heating element and control replace the same day. Courteous, clean, friendly and great communication. I will certainly use him again.

Jason was really helpful in diagnosing the problem with my oven, and eliminated the immediate issue that would allow me to still use the cooktop, even though replacement parts were needed for the oven itself. While I ultimately decided to buy a new one, due to what the cost would be for replacement parts, it was great to be able to find out the issue, in a timely and cost effective manner. I would definitely use Edwards again if needed in the future.

So thankful - came out the same day - was going to have to wait weeks for GE. Am hiring him again soon to look at our fridge!

Jason was excellent at communicating when he could arrive. He replaced the part and now the dryer has heat. Appreciated his Covid protocols for our safety and his. We would hire him again.
