Description of Work: Eddie's Tree Service removed 8 large ash trees from my back yard.They cut the trees into 5-8 foot lengths then mulched them up in large tree mulcher. They ground the stumps. The 1 1/2 ton truck drove over part of my neighbors lawn to get to my back yard. I had thought they were bringing a smaller truck to do the work.That was a bit of an issue with the neighbor.Otherwise, the work was done quickly and very well.

Description of Work: Eddie took down two ash trees, one mulberry tree and trimmed a couple while the guys were there. Remarkable site to see these guys taking down a 200 foot tree safely and professionally. Both my neighbor and I were pleased.

 + -1 moreEddie and his team arrived pretty promptly, but I felt that his young team did not appear very professional. Additionally, his price was about 40% higher than another company, which is why we selected another vendor.
Description of Work: We contacted Eddie's Tree Service to give us a quote for removing a large ash tree off our house and garage, which had fallen as a result of the September wind storm.

 + -1 moreI called them and the lady said she would contact the owner to see if he could come. She called back, and said he could stop his current job, to do my work with in 2 hours.
Description of Work: We needed to have some limbs trimmed on our honey locust that had lost half it's branches in a recent windstorm,because the electric company would not attach our wires until that was done. I was frantically calling other services to come on a morning's notice. Eddie's was a life saver. They cut down the bad limbs and swept the roof. My insurance paid $750 of their $1000 cost. It was worth it.

 + -1 moreEddie came around on a Friday evening to look at an enormous and badly cracked red oak. We had just noticed the crack, and were worried that a large limb overhanging the house was in danger of splitting off. The crack probably spread when Hurricane Ike came through in mid-September. Eddie agreed to come the very next day (yes, a Saturday) and remove the overhanging limb. He came with a crew of himself plus two and they worked for 3 hours to do the job. They tidied all the debris and did a great job with ropes to stop branches or logs from crashing onto the roof.
Description of Work: Eddie and his team safely removed a large limb of a large red oak tree that had developed a dangerous crack.
