Economy Garage Door Repair

The service was fabulous. The gentleman came out on time and gave us an estimate which was right on. The other gentleman came out to install it. He said that he would have taken lesser amount of time to do the job but we had an eye configuration on our garage. The garage door and the garage door opener are fabulous. We have not heard of any other garage door being the quietest as what we have now in our lives. We would highly recommend him. He was very comparable to the other estimates that we got in terms of price, but we just liked the person that gave us the estimate. He seemed to be really on the ball. I think the number of years that he’s been doing this has really stood out to us and how confident he was about how to get this job done as well. Everything he said was done. He did it on time and in a timely way. He was very reasonable too. He was fabulous all the way through. We will absolutely use him again in the future.

The price was great! And the quality of the work was good.

Excellent service. The garage door went wanky about noon and they came out and had it fixed by 5 p.m.

Put a service call in the week before Thanksgiving. Had the serviceman come out, access the problem and was unable to fix the problem as he didn't have the part with him. Completely understandable. Was told that they would call when it came in. Three weeks went by and no one called back. Finally called and told them the situation. Scheduled a service call once again, this time the part was in. Was supposed to show up at 2 pm on a Friday. Never showed up, never called, nothing. Will never use or refer to anyone. Can't understand how this business even stays open if this is how they operate. Very dissatisfied.

Fast service. Next day service and replacement of garage door opener. Richard was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Excellent experience.

My garage door broke before the labor day weekend. I called Economy Garage Door and left a message on Saturday. I was never called back!

They were extrememly responsive. Our springs broke on a Friday evening after both cars were parked in the garage. They answered the phone on Friday evening (wow!) and came on Saturday morning by 11am. Though he didn't have the correct spring to repair then, he did get the door opened so we could move the cars. Came back Monday morning to do the repair with the needed parts. Extremely professional and answered all questions thoroughly. Very impressive. We highly recommend.

I called, they came the next day, they fixed the garage door.

Our garage door opener stopped working so, based on satification during previous work replacing the garage door spring, we contacted Economy Garage Door Repair and scheduled a service call for the following morning. Richard arrived on time and inspected the opener. He was able to make the necessary adjustments needed to get the opener working again. He also inspected the garage door overall to include the opener chain, hinges, rollers, etc and serviced all the moving parts. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and addressed what maintenance should be accomplished to prevent future issues.

Fair price, reliable, knowledgeable.

I called on Friday late afternoon to tell Economy that my door was having a hard time opening and was noisy. The person who answered said that a repairman would be at my house the next day between 1:00-3:00. The repairman called at 1:40 and came at 2:00. One spring on the garage door was broken. He offered me the choice of replacing one or both springs. I had both replaced. Door works great now!

He was very responsive and did a great job. He was a great guy. I have referred him to couple of friends. I would absolutely use him in the future.

Called and had them come out and look at my garage door to see if it needed to be replaced. They decided that it only needed a brace support at the top of the door. While they were there, they added a second support on my other garage door. They were punctual and worked quickly, but made sure the job was done correctly. The cost was fair and I would use their services again and would refer their services to others

The job went very well. We have used them several times in the past and it is a family owned company. They are very responsive and they come out on schedule. They do the work on budget. I would recommend the personal attention they offer. They know that their reputation rests on the work they perform.

The whole process went really well. They have been here a number of times and have always done very satisfactory work.

I checked with another company which is supposed to be excellent, but that company's estimate was much higher that Economy Overhead Door Repair's. So far it is working great, he even did a little extra tune up on the door. Again, it's working quite well, very smoothly, and I'm satisfied. He was very prompt, and he did the job expediently. They were able to come on short notice, and it just so happened that my job fit well into their schedule. I will certainly call them again if my door ever needs more attention.

Corey was very accommodating to my schedule and came after 5:30 or so to fix my garage door..he explained everything he was doing and gave me tips about what to do in certain scenarios..He answered all my questions and was very thorough..And by the way, I was only charged $50.00..I will be certain to call Corey if I need to in the future..My garage door works better now than when I first moved in 13 years ago!

They answered the phone on a Saturday, and were able to come on a day I could be there. The work took only around 20 minutes and was great.

I called them on Sunday evening (Easter). They returned the call promptly. Showed up Monday morning as agreed. Put cables back on, adjusted springs, and lubricated the door. It works better than ever.

They are very good and their prices are just right. If you have a problem with your garage door call these guys first. They are great.

They were unable to come on the day I called, but they came the next day. They had the type of circuit board needed with them and replaced it in a matter of minutes.

Just as I explained above. I was very pleased overall. There was perhaps some confusion about having them do the work on Monday, but that may have been my fault. In any case, by the time I got home on Tuesday the work was done.

From the receptionist to Bob, in sales, to the actual installer, everyone was nice and friendly. They had done work for us previously, so we had no hesitation to use them again. While I was waiting for the replacement parts to come in, my son discovered his garage door needed to be replaced so we called Bob and had Economy install a door at his house as a birthday present from us.

I was very satisfied with this company, until the new spring broke that they installed. They did not respond to my complaint, but I decided to allow them to fix it again. They did not show for the scheduled appointment.

I CALLED ON SAT. AFTERNOON AND A REAL PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE ASKED ME IF MY CAR WAS IN THE GARAGE AND IF I NEEDED IT. I TOLD HIM NO SO HE ARRANGED TO COME OUT ON TUESDAY. BUT HE CAME ON MONDAY, WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED ABOUT. HE DID THE WORK AND LEFT NO MESS. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. PROMPTNESS, COURTESY, AND PRICE WERE GREAT.
