Came to the house the very next day. Prompt. would recommend and will use again in the future.

This company promptly returned a message I left on voice mail. I described the problem and model number of my machine. The repairman picked up needed supplies and was at my house the next day. He fixed the problem (and did a great job). My wife tells me he was professional and pleasant. I will use again.

Jake came out on Monday, diagnosed the problem within minutes. He did not have the part to replace, so Randy came back on Wed. fixed the thermostat and then noticed the fan in the freezer didn't turn on. Randy called Jake. Jake came out immediately, looked at the fan, did a little something to it and it worked. Easy. and didn't charge anything extra for Jake to come back out for the fan. The cost was exactly what was estimated. Very nice company to work with. I would absolutely call them again for my appliance repair.

Randy called back right away and gave us some options to think about. He knew what the problem was (F-1 error message), and gave us an estimate over the phone (around $300), or we might want to get a new stove. We decided to replace the part rather than get a new stove, and when he called back to check on our decision we scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and completed the job within an hour. Randy was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. We even got the 10% Angie's List discount! I will definitely use this company again.

i was able to easily get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The serviceman was delayed and did not arrive in the window of time identified however did call ahead to let me know. He quickly identified the problem and was able to repair the same day after briefly leaving my home to get the part. Service was quick and thorough. I will use them again.

The serviceman recognized the problem, which was with the control panel computer. The part was replaced the next day and the appliance works fine now.

My front load washer was not completing the final spin on the wash cycle. I checked the list and called Economic Appliance. They were also on the recommended list on the Fridgedaire website. Randy arrived on the date and time as promised. He did a system check and after discussion with me on the problem figured out that the door lock was not working properly. He quickly and effeciently replaced the lock and advised me on a few other quirks to watch out for on front load washers. Unfortunately the next time I used the washer the spin cycle didn't work again. Randy made several more trips to figure out the problem, working with my crazy schedule to make appointments. After checking with the Fridgedaire tech center they figured out the control panel also needed replacement, and only charged me for the parts needed that last time.

Very good. The tech knew what the problem was right away. He did not have the replacement part so ordered one and came back a few days later to replace.

I wasn't home when they did the work, but I think it was fine. My husband was here, and he said they were good. He liked them.

They did a good job. I called him on Thursday and he came out on Monday but he called up on Friday and told me he couldn?t make it because of some work. I was impressed by that. When they came out they were on time and the representative fixed the problem in about half an hour. The price was relatively inexpensive. The work went really well.

2 weeks ago Economic Appliance came out and gave me a quote of $159, I had a 10% off Angie's List coupon. It took 2 weeks to get the part in. I was told that it would be at the most 3 days. During this time I called 4 different times to check on when it would be available, I was never called back by the manager until the part came in. I asked for the first morning appt which I was told was 8am. When they did not show at 8:00, I was told they would be there at 9:00. They did not show at 9:00; I was told they were on their way and would be there at 9:20. They did not show then either. They showed up at 10am. They fixed the refrigerator while I spoke to the manager Jake about the untimeliness. He told me he was sorry but that is how things go. I explained that I chose him because he had a wonderful reputation on Angie's List. Jake told me to go ahead and post whatever I wanted on Angie's List about our unfortunate interaction because he didn't care.

I had called on a Monday morning and he was here Tuesday morning. The washer is working fine now. If anything breaks down in future I would call him first as I feel comfortable with him.

They were here twice in the last few months. They were a little pricey and had charged me $60 to just walk inside. People are usually satisfied with their work and everything else, but find them to be a little pricey. I was charged $105 for 20 minutes of work on the refrigerator. He worked very efficiently and did a very good job. We were very satisfied with Economic Appliance Service overall.

We had been using that dryer for about seven years, and it was giving me a funny code. I had called Economic Appliance Service and they had come the same day. The sensor inside the latch was busted, and they had to order the part. The part had come in the very next day, and they had come right back and installed it. Even that latch that they had installed had only lasted about six months. But the technician came right back with a new part and hadn?t charged us for it because the old part should?ve lasted longer than that. He had only charged a service fee. Economic Appliance Service was just fantastic, and I had a great experience with them.

Jake called on his way and I was able to meet him at the house. He indicated that the ice maker was dead and would have to be replaced. We had just had them there less than a year ago and they had to put a new one in then. There is only a 90 day warranty on those but he knocked $50 off since it wasn't even a yr old. He pulled the oven out and looked at the electronic board and did some diagnostic test on it and determined that it would cost about $160 for a part to hopefully repair the error message we were getting when cooking at temps above 400. We decided not to do that since the oven is 18 yrs old. Jake did not have an ice maker on his truck so he came back the next day and replaced it. There was a $60 service charge for the first appliance and $30 for the second one. Total bill was $245.50. Jake is very knowledgeable and friendly and we will use them again.

Called company and they were able to get us in at a reasonable time frame. They have a time frame of 8-12 or 12-5 which I feel is too broad for working people as you have to take a partial day off. The technician came during expected time frame and was pleasant and professional. He was able to fix the dryer that day but had to order a part for the dishwasher. He came back in a few days later and replaced the disherwasher part and it worked fine for about 1 day. I called the company back and told the "secretary or dispatcher"?? about the problem of the dishwasher still not working and she wanted to schedule a tech to come in and fix in the 8-12 or 12-5 timeframe. I asked her if I could have the first appt for 8-12 since they didnt fix the dishwasher right the first time and she replied "no we are short of staff" So I went ahead and scheduled 8-12 and kept my fingers crossed. Well when they weren't there by 1130 I went ahead and cancelled b/c I didn't want my husband to be late for work. I r/s for the next week 12-5 and took the afternoon off work. Around 430 of the scheduled day I called to see how long it would before the tech came to the house. The dispatcher told me that she had me scheduled for the next day at 8-12. I told her I knew that I had scheduled it for the the 12-5 appt time b/c I took the day off and wrote it on the calendar while speaking with the person who scheduled me. And that i had been offered the 8-12 time but refused it to avoid the earlier problem of the techs coming late. Since there had been another error I asked if we could be promised the 1st morning appt, and was told they couldn't promise anything. The tech arrived at 930 the next day. Probably won't use this company again d/t the too large of time frame that is required. Working ppl will have to take 1/2 day off.

Little done, but service man courteous, punctual, problem-solving.

They took the oven and I had to call them to find out the cost of the repairs, other than that, I was very satisfied.

The repairman called before he arrived which was within the time frame given. He was professional, friendly, clean and fixed the problem quickly (it was the water line). I would definitely use this company again.

He was on time the same day as the call. Discovered the problem quickly and made the repair.

Great - called on the 2nd had someone in the 3rd. I had a call at 9:00 AM to review the findings and they finished the job by noon. When the job was complete they called to let me know and confirmed my pricing.
