Description of Work: Our refrigerator was not cooling properly. The service inspector said that we needed to replace the evaporator and heat exchanger and ordered the parts. The repair work was estimated at over $1,000. However, when the crew arrived to perform the work they discovered leaks in the system and dirty coils. They repaired the leaks, checked the refrigerant and cleaned the coils. Since the temperature in both the freezer and the refrigerator immediately began to drop, they suggested that the problem may have been solved. As a result, I paid only for two service calls. Their honesty saved me from having to pay for a big repair bill! I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: The gentleman confirmed my appointment, fixed my forty year old electric oven and offered to look at my dryer, whereupon he announced I'd fixed it the same way he'd fixed his! (I had duck taped the vent to the back because it kept vibrating loose despite an installation by a professional from Best Buy!). He told me where I could buy the knobs and other parts to refurbish my forty year old electric cooktop too! This guy was pure class and a great bargain. I was especially pleased he agreed to come around my schedule not just his!

VERY BAD.
Description of Work: ICE MACHINE BROKE IN FRIG.THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED IT IN OCT 08. ONE MONTH LATER THE ICE MACHINE STOPED WORKING. THEY TOLD ME I NEED A NEW WATER VALVE AND WOULD ORDER IT.SINCE THEN THEY HAVE SHOWED UP TWICE WITH THE WRONG VALVE .I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM IN SEVERAL MONTHS. I GET A CALL ON 5 /6/09 SAYING THEY WANT TO INSTAL THE VALVE TOMAROW.I DECLINED. I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, SINCE THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME I ASSUMED THEY COULD NOT FIND THE VALVE. THE NEXT DAY 5/7/09 I GET A $ 64 .00 BILL FOR SERVICE. WHAT SERVICE!!!

The whole process went quite well.
Description of Work: Dryer stopped working. I called Monday night, received a return call Tuesday morning that the repair person would arrive before noon. He arrived at 10:15AM and repaired the dryer and checked the vent within the hour.
