Was very disappointed with the over all experience. Wasted two days, and no work was done.

He was very timely, took about an hour, and did a fine job.

This was something that he'd never seen go out before and they weren't manufacturing the part. We had to wait a few weeks to get the part in. He was able to do the work and it has now worked out great. We have no complaints and would use them again.

They were punctual, called to verify what time they were coming, reasonable on pricing and professional.

The cost above includes a senior discount. They had to come back another day because they didn't have the part the first time. They seemed very experienced. I thought the cost was a little high, but they did the job well. I had a little problem with my stove and I asked them to look at that. They normally charge $25 extra to look at a second appliance. It was working fine when they were there so they didn't charge.

Very prompt, courteous, did a good job, their work was very good.

They did a great job. They came out within a day of my call, and ordered the part (my refrigerator is about 10 years old, so they didn't have the part in stock). They were very professional and courteous. I'm very pleased by the work they did.

The company answered the call personally, and sent the repairman based on our schedule. He arrived as promised in the time slot, quickly diagnosed the problem to be an issue with our coils, and had our dryer "up and running" within an hour. He also provided additional diagnostic advice for any future concerns, such as excessive drying times may be due to our extended venting system, and he provided hints on how to tell if it becomes clogged in an unreachable area.

Very pleased with Economic Appliance and staff. Ron was courteous, timely, and professional. We felt that the charge was fair also.

Economic Appliance called back the day after we left a message and was able to come out the next morning. While it was clear that the dryer was getting hot, the clothes weren't drying. Ron inspected all the parts, which were working fine, then inspected the outtake vent which was stuffed with a large bird's nest and many weeks worth of lint. It took him 15 minutes to remove the mess. He charged us for the service call only.

Food in the refrigerator side of my of GE fridge and the incoming water line was freezing. I called Economic Appliance Service to have them come out. They gave me a time frame of noon to 5 P.M for a technician to arrive at my home the next day. The technician discovered the damper door was broken, allowing freezer air to enter the fridge. He ordered the part overnight. The next day he called to tell me the part was in and was able to install it that day. The fridge works great now!

Ron was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant and gave me tips on how to maintain my waste disposal in good working order. I'll definitely call them again anytime I need help with appliances.

Economic came out and cleaned debris out of the motor and gave a price to replace the motor. We chose not to as a new motor is a substantial fraction of the cost of a new machine. They didn't pressure us. The motor is making much less noise now although a new machine is still in our immediate future.

I called them and got an answering service. They said someone would get back to me and they did but it was a couple of days later.

Ron was terrific. He was prompt, friendly and up front with us. He tried all of his suppliers to get the part we needed. I will definitely call him in the future if the need arises.

The technician arrived only 90 minutes after I placed the service request. He located the problem immediately and fixed it in less than 10 minutes, charging me only the service call of $49 which was very reasonable. I plan to use them for all my appliance repair problems.

I used this repair person because they were an approved contractor under my new home's Home Gard warranty AND because on Angie's List, they had numerous reports of fixing old appliances. My oven was relatively new, but lately the trend in fixing large appliances is: the repair person shows up, says you have a bad part and the whole thing would be cheaper to replace. That just stinks. This company seemed to not have that philosophy (based on the reports). And, this was true in my case as well. He quickly evaluated the problem, had the part on the truck, had it fixed quickly and was pleasant. AND came the day after Christmas! He also explained how we could fix the hinge on our dishwasher to save us some money. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair!

I was home sick with the kids so I wanted it done that day. We called and they we out in a couple of hours. They carried the part on the truck. We knew what was wrong, but just didn't know how to replace it. We also called another company on an 800#. The told us we would have a service call to diagnose the problem. And then second visit to have the part replaced. We told them what was wrong, but that made no difference. As you can imagine this appointment was canceled. Lesson learned: Deal with local businesses.

They thought they would have to drill through my cabinets, but after they pulled out the appliance they saw that the back flow valve was on backwards. My original est. was less then half of the previous quote I received which was to do the exact same work.

I recommend them for appliance repairs. Ron is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating to schedules and they call ahead 30 minutes before arriving. They have been out 3 times to repair my Frigidaire refrigerator in one year of owning (do not recommend purchasing a Frigidaire). Great service and fast!

They specialize in these washers, and it was true. I was very pleased with the technicians knowledge of our product. We felt that we needed a specialist, and we got it!
