+ -1 moreI'm very disappointed with the work I received. They were late everytime .the work is terrible, he ended giving me money back to hire someone else because he didn't have anyone who could do a good job caulking because after fixing it 2 times it still looked horrible. They also didn't use a drop cloth and left me with a messy house .

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Mike, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. There were some unique issues with the install because of being located in a small bathroom. Mike came up with a creative solution that I'm very happy with.The tub and surround look terrific. Because this is their specialty, as opposed to firms that do entire bathroom remodels, I got lots of personal attention, and Mike answered every question I had. Very pleased.

+ -1 morelooked great but left some gaps in silicone sealant on walls. Also left holes in walls where towel rack and tp holder had fallen off from the pounding vibrations. it took many phone calls and missed appointments before the worker finally came back. When worker came back to repair, he repaired the walls but said he couldn't find his silicone! Aft e r many unreturned phone calls, we just gave up.

+ -1 moreArrived on time as scheduled, carefully removed the old bathtub, plumbed in to accommodate new shower stall. Came back next day to finish up some small details, like the handicap handrail and adjust sliding doors.
Description of Work: Removed bathtub and installed a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

Description of Work: Installed a walk-in tub and shower. I chose the almond color and oiled bronze fixtures. It comes with a rice-cloth shower curtain. I added some extra features; otherwise, the cost would have been less. It is very strong and looks great! My old tub was removed and the new tub/shower installed all in one day with no mess left behind. I highly recommend EasyBath. I thoroughly enjoy the air-jets and swirling water when I want to really relax on the built-in seat.....other times I enjoy the very easily adjustable shower.
