Mike was very professional. I had a couple delays with project and he made sure to take care of my concerns. He communicated with me when I had questions and I am happy with the outcome.

From our first meeting until the installer finished, we experienced nothing but professional but personal care. Michael never tried to oversell the project and Tim made sure every detail first met our expectations before installing grab bars, shower head and slide bar. The project required more effort to move water lines than we expected yet the installer never was upset or frustrated. He took care of the surprises as they arose and finished the product beautifully.

Very poor communication. What was promised to be a 2-3 day job took 3 weeks. Worker would only stay 1-2 hours at a time.

3 estimates: 1st company - $8,708, 2nd company - $7,140 and EasyBath - $4,850. So, what do you get/not get by using EasyBath. The perceived negatives are, EasyBath does not have a showroom, sample choices are limited and glass doors are 1/8 inch not 1/4 inc. However, if the choices they have work for you, you get to save $2,000 - $4,000. Because the construction is so solid, you will not need 1/4 inch glass doors. For my tub/shower, I chose silver and white walls; I highly recommend the use of light grey caulk throughout, much better than white which can yellow. From beginning to end (2 1/2 days) the construction was neat, orderly and professional. After the job was completed, I waited a short period of time to try out the new tub/shower and make sure everything worked properly. I determined eventually that there were some minor things that needed to be corrected. Mike was always a phone call away and Mike and his team were very receptive to issues that I raised. All of these issues were corrected in a timely manner. In the end I could not be happier with EasyBath, the quality construction and the large amount of money I saved. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They make everything right

They are very slow to respond to inquires. They do not use paintable calk, my tub originally leaked. The bath tub spout leaks and the installer installed the safety bar without asking where we wanted it.

This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for future projects. If you are considering upgrading your bathroom and looking for a reputable company that does amazing work I recommend contacting EasyBath and talking with Mike. You will avoid needless sales presentations, save money and love the results!

Easy bath was easy to work with and were upfront about the cost. They did not charge for additional difficulties that were encountered on the site and were on time and very flexible with scheduling. Our installer Tim was great to work with and took time to make sure everything was installed properly. I would use Easy bath again in a heartbeat to install a shower.

The company did great work. Would or rated them 5 stars, but the project carried 2 days past the date they said (into Sunday). Some of this was out of their control, but still created issues for us. Value for the money is amazing. Wonderful quality of work.
