Dyson Vacuum Repair

I brought my Dyson sweeper to them to fix. A young man came from the back room and asked it’s symptoms. He plugged it in took one look and said that the hose was clogged. He went in the back room, returning with a long dowel. He pushed the marble and pen cap out that was blocking the hose and it was fine after testing. Great job. In the end, he didn’t even charge me. Gasp! Just amazing these days! Thanks so much.

The sweeper got clogged. They unclogged it and didn’t charge me. They even put it in my car.

Very happy! I took in two Dyson vacuum cleaners for service. On the older one, the door on the dust collection canister wouldn't close, so there was the risk of dumping all the dirt you just vacuumed up if you forgot about the issue. The service techs had a canister from a trade-in at the shop, so they replaced the canister at no charge! The newer Dyson had a tear in the hose. Since they didn't have a used hose available as a replacement, they installed a new one for about $40. Service was great, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely come back if I have future issues or if I need to upgrade. They are a Dyson-owned service center, so their job is to make you happy with your Dyson. Even though I brought two older Dysons in for service, they didn't try to persuade me to buy a new one, although they did explain that there would be a trade-in credit if I did decide to get a new one.
