+ -1 moreI am thinking of going through Better Business Bureau and see if they will respond to that. It was actually a couple of years ago and it was a special promotion they had. When I contacted them to do it, they claimed they couldn't do it at that time but they would reschedule it for the following season. So I took their word on it and then when I contacted them the following season, they said it was too late in the season to do it. Then I discovered they were still offering the service to anybody else because I had a friend of mine Paul who requested them to come and they said, 'Sure we can come out'. So they were obviously lying to me to get out of doing the job.
Description of Work: I paid them and they never showed up. It was just the coating.
