Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

I was having issues with my gutters overflowing from the rain. I messaged Duncan through Angie's list and got a phone call the next day. Duncan gave me a window time for Sunday, he called before he came and showed up on time. Duncan got on my roof and saw that the gutters were stuffed with maple seeds, it took him about 10 minutes to clean both sides out. He was very nice and quick. I would def use him in the future.

Fair, did not charge us full price because not a lot of build up.

I called Duncan the week before he came out. He called me back while on a trip out of the country and apologized for not being available to help right away. He volunteered to get someone else out to fix my problem if it was an emergency. I told him it could wait until he returned from his trip. Duncan called me first thing Monday morning on his first day back at work and came out that same afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He laddered up to the top roof and worked safely from there to check into why my gutter was badly overflowing during any rainy weather. He fixed the problem and when done he showed me the materials that had been completely blocking the drain to the downspout (pieces of old partial ply from plywood replacement during re-roof job done two years ago). Duncan told me to call him back if that did not fix my problem. About two hours after he left, a major gully washer of a storm hit and the gutters drained perfectly. Problem resolved.

I've had Duncan clean my gutters for years. He's always punctual, professional, and does a great job. He doesn't leave the mess from the gutters in the yard. I've had other gutter cleaners give me quotes that were twice what Duncan charges. I highly recommend Duncan to everyone.

Duncan came out the same day I called and gave an estimate. Duncan said he would be back the following week to do the work and he followed through as promised. I would use him again.

It went very well. Duncan was quick to return my initial call and was out to clean the gutters within 4 days. He was able to clear out all gutters on our 2 story home. We have a gutter topper system on our gutters, The company that put the toppers in went out of business and the toppers are partially failing and water was overflowing from the gutters. Duncan was able to work with the toppers and get the gutters cleared out. He completed the whole job in about 45 minutes to one hour. I waited till we had some rain to check out the effectiveness of the gutter cleaning and the gutters worked fine, no overflowing now. Will have Duncan come out annually to clear out the gutters.

Duncan was professional, on-time and the work was completed quickly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting this type of work completed. They were great!

I left a message for Duncan. I received a call back within a day. He was able to schedule service for either a Friday or Monday. He ended up doing the work on Monday. He did the work, left a receipt. There was one gutter that needed a small repair, which he fixed. His service was convenient, well priced and simple to deal with. I'd use his service again and recommend to others.

Great! Mr. Campbell and his associate not only re-diagnosed my problem, providing exactly the right solution, but they did the needed work on the spot, and quickly/efficiently. Cost of service was superior to what I'd experienced in the past, and my confidence level is now so high that I am planning to retain this service provider for all my regular gutter needs in years to come.

Duncan does very good work and is very professional. It took long time to get the work completed because of the rain this spring.

He did the job within a few days of me asking for it. I'm giving a B for punctuality because he told me he'd provide me an estimate within a few days and it turned out to be longer than that; however, he gave me a good price so I'm happy!

It was a good experience, and everything went well. They showed on time, did a good job with the gutters, and didn't leave behind any messes. They did so well, in fact, that I used them on a second occasion.

Duncan does a good job. He doesn't really schedule - it's all based on the weather and other jobs in the area. We've used him several times and because he live in an area with lots of mature trees, he often waits til very late in the season for our fall cleaning. Pretty straightforward, no surprises.

Duncan provides a great service for low cost. After cleaning the gutter in June, he tested the line and found 3 problems: the winter had caused the downspout to move away from the spout underground to the street; a large toad had taken residence in the outlet pipe in the curb, and he suspected the pipe underground may have cracked. He gave a referral for someone lower cost that he trusted and his customers gave positive feedback.

Duncan and his crew were very efficient. Did the job in a timely manner.

Mr Duncan came and gave us his opinion about our gutter condition and cleaned the necessary gutter. I told him that there were two spots seemed to be blocked. He checked those as well and told me that those were clean, and he hosed down the downspout and it was flowing fine. He told me that pretty much my gutter condition was pretty clean, so he only needed to clean those that had debris and leafs. He did a good job, and I certainly hope the ones that I suspected blocked really not blocked anymore just like what he said. He and the young guy were very polite. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and neighbors and will hire him again in the future for gutter cleaning.

Duncan is very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with gutter systems and repair of problems when they occur. He mostly does work on his own, but occasionally has a helper. He is an honest, hard working man. I would strongly recommend Duncan as a service provider to anyone, anytime!

Performed service as we discussed. Very nice guy, called to give me a summary of work need to be done and was able to clean all the gutters on the same day while at my house.

I called Duncan back in November, around Thanksgiving, based upon his Angie's List reviews because I knew I let my gutters go on to late without being cleaned. I wanted an estimate first before approving work. Well, just about then, the bad weather hit, and he was unable to do the job. (NOT his fault, the weather and mine for waiting too long ;-) But, he said he'd stop by when he was in our area of town and give us an estimate when the weather let up. Now come Feb 18th, when we had that massive thaw, warm weather and rain, I was watching my gutters just spill over with water thinking to myself "I should really call that guy again to see if he can do the gutters, I shouldn't have waited so long in the fall." all the while berating myself for being late calling someone. FEB 19th, GUESS WHO HAPPENED TO SHOW UP out of NO WHERE???!! Well, it was Duncan himself, stopped by and asked if I would like that estimate now. I said "Oh my! I was JUST saying yesterday I needed to call you again!" He quoted $75 in a written estimate, and I said "When can you do it?" he said "I can do it now if you want." I told him to PLEASE go ahead and do the job. He did a great job, tested the downspouts (he had a long hose that he attached to my garage water spigot to check the flow), inspected the gutters etc. He even pointed out a small leak on one corner that can be easily fixed with some caulking. He pointed out the small, slow drip at the corner to me and made sure I knew what he was talking about. He said "I can do it for $15, but it will have to be the right temp and be dry, and who knows when that will be because of this crazy weather." I told him I'd call him when the weather permitted, and I'm enjoying NOT seeing the water run over my gutters now. He did a great job and had a sixth sense about when I needed his services (at least it was very coincidental at the time, at least very convenient!) Great guy, fair price, I even tipped him $10 (for a total of $85) because he just showed up out of the blue when I needed him. Now that was service! I'll be calling him in the spring when the whirly~gigs quit flying off the tree in spring!
