Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

Very polite, quickly responsive. Did not damage any of my many plantings around the house and thoroughly cleaned gutters without any debris in the yard as I have had with prior companies.

They work very hard and do a good job. They clean up nicely after job is done.

This was the best gutter cleaning I have had. Duncan took the time to call me right back to schedule an appt. and even though I could not be there for the estimate he left me one and did the job within 48 hrs of me accepting his bid. I found no debris on my plants or lawn when he was finished which was a first, since the other companies I have used do not clean up as well. Duncan also did us a favor by letting us know that we had some poison Ivy growing that we did not know. You could rest assured that I will recommend this company often.

I left them a voice mail message on a Saturday requesting a call back and did not receive a call back until the following Wednesday. They said they would be out in 2 days to complete a quote for gutter & downspout cleaning but never showed up. They finally called back the following week and I had already scheduled the work with someone else.

It took a while to get the work scheduled, partly because it took a while to get a call back, partly because it turned out we had a water leak in the outside faucet Duncan needed to use. Once we had the plumbing repair done, Duncan again took a little while to get back to us, although, to be fair, this was mid-summer and a very busy time. Duncan did a good job and we paid him $100 even though his quote was $80, since he made an extra trip through no fault of his own.

Excellent job - I have hired Duncan before to work on other houses, he does a great job, cleans up, doesn't leave a mess like others have in the past, and he does the job himself, does not sub-contract the work out. Highly recommend him!!

I contacted Duncan after reading positives reviews from other Angie's List members. Duncan came to the house a few days after being contacted. He gave me a quote and then proceeded to clean my gutters right there on the spot. Duncan was very professional and did a great job. I have told all of my neighbors about his company and will definitely use him in the fall, when it's time to have the gutters cleaned again.

Duncan came out to give an estimate on cleaning our upper story gutters. It was a Spring day and the gutters were clogged with debris from the newly blooming trees. Water was overflowing. Duncan came on the same day I called. He quickly looked over the work to be done, told me his price and even though there was a very light rain, he offered to do the job immediately. He did the job and was done in no time. He was polite and prompt and well-priced and I am recommending him to my neighbors for their homes. Nice man.

Duncan was very polite and quickly performed the requested work. He even went as far as to remove a nearby neighbor's basketball lodged high in our neighbor's tree (without being asked)! Additional work was discussed and he offered to run to the hardware store and pick up the needed items if I wanted the work done immediately. We decided to wait but he was more than willing to help immediately. Very kind with a nice demeanor. We would highly recommend his services.

Duncan went out to my house and called me with an estimate. He asked if I wanted to think it over or have him do the work right then and there. With that reasonable an estimate, I had him clean the gutters while he was at the house. I was pleased with his work and fast service.
