Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

We called Duncan on a Wednesday and he was at our house the following day. He reattached the gutter while we were away and left us an invoice. He is quick to respond and does excellent work. We have used his services before and highly recommend him.

I had used Duncan's service 2-3 years ago, but misplaced the name/phone number but recognized his name when I got recommendations from Angie's List in late fall. When I called, he said he was booked until early January, but when I called back then he scheduled the work promptly and completed it as agreed.

I love Duncan! Always does a great job. Very thorough! Answers all my questions. Good at returning calls. Comes when he says he will. Calls if there is a change. Had a gutter emergency, overflowing from a rainstorm. Came that same afternoon. Price very reasonable.

It went very well. However, Duncan may no longer handles my area since he has more local customers now. The only issue I have ever had with this company has been that it has been difficult to get Duncan to come out because I live far from his residence and he usually waits for other jobs in my area.

Initially contacted Duncan for an estimate, stated he was about three weeks out on new calls. Stated he would get there as soon as he could. Called my cell with the estimate, asked if I wanted the work done. He was at my home then, told him to go ahead and do the job. He left an invoice and envelope to mail the payment to him.

Excellent service. Duncan is top notch. He does a great job and is excellent value for money.

Duncan returned my call promptly, and kept me up to date on the schedule during some weather delays. I had recently purchased the home, and the gutters were totally clogged. Duncan cleaned them and got them working again. He left my yard very clean too. I felt the price was very reasonable. This was the first company I selected from Angie's List, and I was very satisfied. Duncan will get my call the next time I need my gutters cleaned.

I called on Friday, and he said he would come over on Monday, and he did come on Monday. He was professional in his demeanor. I was very impressed.

I left a message for Duncan. He called me back within 24 hours. He told me that he would be out in a couple of days, and that if I wasn't home when he repaired the gutter, he'd just leave me the invoice. I didn't see him at the house at all - I finally left the house at 3:30PM and returned around 6:00PM to find the gutter repaired with invoice of $35 attached to my front door. The amazing thing is, the price was very fair and, there was no sign that anyone was on that side of the house. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Mr. Duncan returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. He spent close to an hour cleaning and clearing the gutters and downspouts and checked that all lines to the street were flowing. I highly recommend the company.

Although I had a little trouble getting in touch with Duncan and setting a final appointment date, my understanding is that this was due to his popularity and multiple referrals through Angie's List. In any case, he did a good job on our gutters and I was glad to find a service that we could trust.

Very affordable and does great work.

Duncan came out the same day that I called him and arrived in the time frame we had agreed upon. Upon visual inspection, he let me know that most of my gutters were "box gutters" and he wouldn't be able to do any repairs on them if they needed it. He explained how they were different from newer types of gutters. He cleaned all the gutters, patched one hole, and reviewed the condition of them with me. He was very thorough with his explanation and offered his opinion about what was the most pressing need and how it could affect the house. He was not pushy at all -- just a guy that does a good job.

Duncan Campbell is our gutter maintenance professional of choice. With the exception of a brief period during which we'd lost his contact information, we have used his services since moving into an old neighborhood with many mature [and messy] trees in 2002. We usually have him clean after fall and spring tree debris has completely fallen, and value his suggestions as well as his fine work. Duncan is articulate, neat, knowledgeable, efficient, through, and pleasant. His services are priced very fairly. What more can a home owner ask?

Job 1: Will use him again. Very reasonable and polite. Work was thorough. Job 2: Duncan has been doing my gutter cleaning,at least, three times and I have always been impressed with the results. What made this so nice is I called him the day after our first big storm on 10/4 and he was there 10/6. I asked him if he would clean the skylights and he explained he uses the hose which really did clean them well.

Mr. Campbell is a very nice man who came the same day I called him, did a very good and thorough job, and charged a reasonable fee. I am pleased with the job and will definitely hire him again.

Very pleasant person. Provided an estimate for any future cleaning services, and gave me some peace of mind that our gutter screens were working well. I would definitely use Duncan's services in the future should the need arise. For our house, the estimate was $40.

Duncan was very easy to work with, left estimates for us and was able to do the work while we were at work. He did a fantastic job cleaning not just the gutters, but even the roof of the flat-topped garage. Well worth every penny.

They very quickly returned my initial call. They promised to come within the next three days and came on day two. They were very easy to work with. I will definitely call them again.

Duncan showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He was very nice to work with and very reasonably priced. He even pointed out a carpentry problem that we didn't know existed and told us what we needed to do to fix it. We highly recommend him and will use him again if needed.

Great. Calls back. Responsive to my additional requests to do some minor tree trimming where a tree was touching the roof. Spent a good deal of time on refastening a loose gutter. After rain no water in my basement due to good drainage.
