Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

They were very neat. There was no trace of them ever having been on my property. They did not disrupt landscaping, dirty my windows with over-spray or leave gutter muck laying around. A very tidy operation.

Duncan came and presented an estimate. He suggested waiting to clean the gutters until my neighbors trees were bare. He said I should call him when the leaves had fallen. I called him about 2 weeks after he left the estimate and left a message on his voicemail. The next day the gutters were cleaned. Very prompt and thorough. I will contact him again when I need this service.

His price is reasonable. He is conscientious and we plan on using him again.

We bought the house in July and didn't give much thought to gutter cleaning until the spring/summer rain started falling and our gutters were all clogged with last year's leaves! Duncan returned my message promptly, was available within the next several days, and ended up charging us less than his initial estimate because he was able to finish the job in less time. He was very prompt and courteous and really seems like a great guy. We'll hire him again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Campbell is a fine man, hard worker. Finished the job in one afternoon even with the many gutters on the older house.

He called back promptly, was courteous, promised to do the work within the next couple of days (but ended up doing it the same day), called me once he was at my house and gave me a very reasonable price, did the work, cleaned up and left me a bill. Whew! That was easy!

Duncan was able to work on this while I was away from home. Turned out there was a blockage further down the downspout that I couldn't see and/or access. He cleared the blockage and also (without me having to ask him to do this) cleaned the gutter that feeds into that downspout. (There was an accumulation of tile grit on the bottom of that length of gutter.) He left the invoice, along with explanation of work performed, in my mailbox. I've used him before and will continue to use him in the future for anything gutter related. (NOTE: I didn't ask for an estimate when contacting him about the job because I had used him before and found his rates to be very fair/reasonable.)

Duncan was polite, good about responding to my phone calls in a timely manner & he was able to accommodate my wishes as to when to do the work. He was neat (didn't see gutter detritus on the ground around the house).

Came in late afternoon but agreed to perform the work on the same day as estimate was done.

They came out within a day of when I called. Even though he was busy he got the work done very quickly.

Duncan is wonderful! He is patient, honest, returns calls promptly, really listens to understand what you need. He arrives on time and does a great inspection. He discovered that the gutters were OK and that the issue was probably the sump drainage pipe. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone needing work!

As is the norm for Duncan... Very well done job. I called and requested Duncan's services and he fit me in within a week. He left no mess anywhere at the house and the gutters are flowing freely again! I would never use anyone else for gutter cleaning than Duncan!

Duncan came to clean gutters, and they were all iced up due to freezing weather so he did what he could and promised to be back to finish it up when it got warmer. He came back and cleaned them and left us an invoice and we are very happy!!
