I have used him a couple of times. He was really good about getting back to me. He walks across the roof like it's nothing. He cleans everything out and does a great job. His price is very good. I had a friend help me clean out the lower gutters, so he gave me a price break since I already had some cleaned out. He cleans up nicely after himself. I will absolutely use him again. He was up on the roof one time, and I asked if he could clean my sky light while he was up there. He did it at no extra cost. His prices are excellent.

He is good. He is very clean and very quick. He just cleaned out. He was a nice person. They were there when they said they were going to be there.

It went very well. He came on time. He and his helper cleaned the gutters and did a good job. I have a lot of gutters.

Our gutters were clogged from as far back as the windstorm in fall 2008. They were so clogged with leaves and helicopters, that they were spilling over any rain that fell. I called Mr. Campbell to get an estimate. He was very busy but made the time to work us into his schedule. He arrived, was on the roof, cleaned, and down again within an hour. He ensured that nothing was clogging the gutters after cleaning, and made sure that all gutters were in place properly. We will definitely call him again next year.

Returned my call within a few hours and scheduled work for that same week. Job start and finish on same day. Did exactly as requested. great experience.

He did a great job. I called but there was some problem with his phone, so I emailed; he called me about an hour later and came out that same day. Excellent work.

Went great. Duncan came out within 3 days for the estimate, as promised. When I called to schedule, I left a voicemail. Duncan did not return my call but did come out the next day for the service. When I pulled into my driveway, I could tell immediately that he had been there. He cleaned all the leaves, limbs and acorns from my roof, cleaned the gutters, flushed the downspouts and reattached a downspout. He did a great job at a superb price. I will definitely call Duncan again to clean my gutters.

When I realized I damp carpet in the basement after a very heavy rain, I knew that the spilling-over of my front gutter was a serious problem. I called Duncan just before noon on a Friday and he said he would come Monday. Since there was more rain in the forecast for the next day, I asked what I might do to prevent more rain from washing down the basement wall. He gave me some helpful advice and we ended our call. But he called me back a while later and said he would come that same afternoon. He was there within three hours and took care of my problem. There was a heavy rain the next day and I was spared from having a BIG problem. I was very grateful for his quick response.

I had them do some work before and it was the second time that they came for gutter cleaning. Everybody else that ever cleans the drain leaves around certain dirt after they are done which spreads out and stays on the ground. However, the crew from Duncan?s Gutter Cleaning bags it up and takes it with them. They are prompt and charge a reasonable price. A couple of years ago the price was a little less than this time, but that doesn?t apply as their prices go up. They are very good overall.

This is the second time I have used Duncan's gutter cleaning service. Duncan is very professional, on time, communicates by email and telephone. Duncan also helped clear some debris from a second story window frame.

Came by, assessed house, and left quote in mailbox the week he was contacted. Scheduled work to be done and price was actually lower than the quote because it didn't take him as long as he thought it would.

Outstanding experience. Duncan was able to come and do the work while I was at work, which was very convenient. He called me to tell me he had fixed the gutter, but found that there were several clogged gutters as well. He cleaned the gutters and left an invoice--and everything was done well. It was a no-hassle experience and I appreciated Duncan's consideration.

Duncan is great - this is the second time we've had him clean our gutters. He does a thorough job, even trimming back overgrown shrubs, cleaning off the roof, and cleaning our very dirty skylights! We will hire him again next year.

This company does a good job at a reasonable price. I have used their services several times. Just be sure to call and schedule early because they get busy in the fall. There were enough freezing weather days that the company had to keep postponing gutter cleaning (due to ice in gutters), but they eventually made it to my house. I will use their services in the future.

They told me when they were going to go out and did. Tenants seemed to be pleased with the job and the price was good. I would use them again!

Duncan returned our phone call promptly. Due to the freezing and below temperatures, he said he would be out to do the work as soon as the weather warmed a bit. As promised, he was out the first warmer day and cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts. He cleaned up any debris that had fallen and also secured some loose points on the gutters in various places.

Duncan and another employee arrived. They cleaned gutters and checked water flow to make sure downspouts were working. They checked with me before and after the gutters were cleaned.

Everything went fine. My only complaint would be that they raised their prices without communication.

We have a tall house and it is worth the money to hire them. I just them a call and they return my call within a day. They do the work in 30 minutes and the clean up is excellent.

It went very well. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. The workers were friendly. They cleaned up any mess they made.
