Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

Duncan is GREAT -- I have used him previously. I sent him and e-mail, he responded promptly. Told me that he would be out this week and he would do the work and leave the invoice --- I LOVE that because I am not a home during the day and is is always difficult to"'schedule" service people. He was just finishing as I got home last night. Work completed.

Duncan is efficient and reliable. He reponds quickly to service requests. We found him on Angie's list and now call him any time our gutters need cleaning.

He came out to look at my overflowing gutters. In the rain he climbed up to my roof and cleaned out the gutter immediately. I was very happy.

Very good service. I was unable to be home so they came to my home and did both front and back gutters and left a bill for services.

He did not immediately contact me, but it was winter-time and I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't bother me. He was very nice and professional. He wanted to inspect my gutters prior to ensure they did indeed need cleaning. I don't have trees around my house, but my neighbors do, so I wasn't certain how clogged they were myself. I appreciated that he didn't just agree to do it and charge me whether or not they needed it. I thought his pricing was very reasonable and I will use his services again next time my gutters need to be cleaned.

We have used this company for a couple of years, and they have continued to do a good job. The price was fine, and they also seemed very professional.

I'm writing this report to let other members know that Duncan not only does great work, he's incredibly honest. I have been swamped with work and having guests coming into town. I called Duncan because I noticed some water running off my roof during rain storms instead of going into my gutters. Duncan walked all over my roof to give me estimate. He checked my gutters all around my house. He only found one small area where debris had built up on and clogged my screens. He cleaned it all out, told me I did NOT need all my gutters cleaned (my screens were working nicely) and charged me $20 for his time and effort. He easily could have told me that I need all my gutters done and charged me full price. I think when a contractor does outstanding work, they need to be recognized. But I also think, in cases like this, where a contractor places honesty and integrity above making a quick buck, that should be recognized as well. Duncan was truly professional and I thank him for being so honest.

It went great. He came when he said he would and was very quick.

Mr. Campbell was extremely professional and responsive. I first contacted him in the fall during his very busiest season, and he came to my house within a day or two to provide an estimate, which was acceptable. We both agreed that his getting to the job when his schedule allowed was fine. Bad weather intervened, which caused a bit further delay, but that certainly wasn't his fault. As soon as the weather cleared, he came to my house, did the job, and left an invoice. I have asked to be on his list for next year so scheduling will be easier.

All the work was meticulously done in a very timely fashion. When he finished the work, the surrounding yard was clean, all the debris contained in bags and taken away.

Service was great and very prompt. He came out the day after we called and left an estimate. We called and asked that he do the work, which he did within a couple days. Everything was done to our satisfaction and we plan to use them in the future.

Contacted Duncan via email on Angies List and he responded very quickly to tell us when he could come. He arrived when he said he would. He renailed gutters around the entire house and cleaned out a few tennis b****. He also reattached some siding and fascia covering that had come off in the wind. He was quick, very reasonable and very friendly. We will definitely call him again if needed.

It all went very well. He is thorough, cleans up after himself, and is very reasonably priced. I recommend him to others as well.

The work is always excellant. I only communicate with Mr.duncan by phone and notes since the work is done when I am at work. Before he started doing the gutters I did have problems with water in the basement during big rainstorms which has all stopped since he started working.

It went well for the most part. Duncan came out and gave me an estimate within a few days of my inquiry. He showed up on time and did the work as expected. The only thing that sort of disappointed me is that there was a downpour the days before he arrived, and he told me when he got up on the roof that the gutters were all pretty well washed out and cleaned. While it's not his fault, I did feel that he probably could have adjusted his price from his original estimate. $90 for a little over an hour of work seems a bit overkill.

Duncan was professional and thorough. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the completion of the work. I got estimates from 4 contractors and his price was best and I think his service was very good too.

I've been using him for about 3-4 years. He does a great job each time; always dependable. He lets you know ahead of time when he'll be coming out. I would highly recommend him.

He provided excellent service. I am very happy with the work he did. There was a little dirt left on my porch after the gutter cleaning, but everything else went smoothly. I would call him in the future when I need his services.

Duncan has been out 3 seasons now cleaning our gutters and he does a fantastic job. He gives a call at the beginning of each season and then gives an estimate on when he can come out to do the work. I've never needed to be present for him to work. His service is great. He's my go-to gutter guy!
