Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

Duncan promptly responded to my email requesting an estimate for cleaning my gutters. He came out when he said he would and was able to clean my gutters while he was there. While he was in the area I asked whether he was able to check my moms gutters. He did so and indicated only the patio gutters needed cleaned. He indicated he would follow-up with me the following g week to put it on his schedule. Cost below not noted because it varied with the houses but was reasonable.

Duncan came out to the house to look it over for an estimate. I wasn't home and he called me and we arrange for him to just take care of the cleaning while he was there. He call back after he was done and indicated that the gutters were in good shape and there wasn't a lot of debris in them. He seemed honest and knowledgeable, and his price was very reasonable. I already indicated that he would be coming out in the fall. Happy to recommend him to others.

First let me say that I have used Duncan for years and now my whole family has used him for years. He is a dream to schedule...you leave a message and the next available time he is there and your gutters are cleaned. When he can this time he even remembered that we talked about him putting some kind of shield so that the rain does not splash down over the back door. Truly the most responsible and thorough person to do your gutters!

Excellent. I'd give Duncan A++ for each of the criteria if possible. Called Duncan and he answered the phone right away, came out the same day, checked out the problem and returned the next day to fix the problem (i.e., cleaned out the end cap and added caulk). Other Angie's List A-rated companies I contacted either didn't return calls, wanted to charge me over $100 and/or would try to fit me in their schedules in the next few days to weeks. Thanks to Duncan no annoying drip, drip, drip on our sunroom roof during the rain storm the next day.

The price was very good for what they did. They cleaned the gutters and made small repairs. I appreciate them being very honest they could of told me I needed new gutters but instead they made a minor repair and fixed the issue. Very happy with the work done would hire again.

I called and left a message because I was having problems with my gutters since the storms. He returned my call on Friday and told me he was in the area and would try to get over to my house and at least take a look at what my problem was. I didn't hear from him again until the following Wednesday. I didn't like that he didn't follow up with me and tell me he wasn't going to be able to get to me until Wednesday. He did do good work and was able to clean the gutters and completely flush them out for a reasonable price.

This is the second time I've used Duncan's Gutter Service, and as before, he was great. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working as it should (they even trimmed a few limbs off the house roof). The price is very reasonable too. Everything was cleaned up when they left - and they compost the debris - so eco-friendly and homeowner doesn't have to deal with it. Highly recommended!

The problem ended up being a blockage in the downspout that they cleared. Also refastened the downspout to the house.

Duncan came as scheduled to give me a quote and, since it was reasonable and he was able to do the work immediately, I had him go ahead and do it then. He first removed the remaining gutter guards which were in poor condition, then removed the debris and hosed down the gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the result.

Duncan cleaned out all my gutters and made sure the drain tile was open. As always, he was professional, thorough, and did a great job. He always inspects my gutters as well, and lets me know if anything is in need of repair or maintenance work. He does excellent work.
