Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

We called Duncan because he specialized in gutters. We mostly needed to have our 2 gutter toppers replaced, but we decided that while he was here, we’d go ahead and have him clean out the gutters (even though we had gutter toppers). Boy, are we glad we did! There were bird nests at the ends of EVERY gutter, preventing the water to run down the down spouts. We were glad to find this out and get it taken care of. Duncan said that if any birds got past the small screens he installed at the ends of each gutter, we could call him and he would come out free of charge. We appreciated his willingness to guarantee his work. We also appreciated his willingness to clean off our 2 metal awnings, which would not normally be part of his regular service.

He responded, did a great job and charged a fair price.

Prompt and puntual service. Cleaned up after himself. Carted away 2 bags of gutter debris. Very thorough and meticulous in his gutter cleaning. Patiently explained exactly what he was doing and why. We definitely plan to hire him again.

They were very prompt with an estimate. After I called, they came out to the house, walked around, and I had my estimate in a day or two. They were very speedy - after I said 'yes' they had it done in 24 hours. They said they were trying to beat the forecast rain, so I don't know if that will always be the case. But I was impressed. During a big rain a few weeks later I watched to see if there was any overflow from the gutters, and everything seemed to be moving smoothly.I would use them again.

Within 2 days of a phone call to ask for an estimate, Duncan came to our home evaluated the job and was able to clean our gutters during that visit. He was very professional and so easy to deal with. We will defintely be calling him again in the fall!!

He just pleases away, and cleans up very well after himself. His price is reasonable; but it is gone up a little over the years. Overall, he does a good job.

The guy did what he said he was going to do. He was good. He cleaned up after himself. His price was fine. I would tell people that he would be a good choice. His responsiveness is okay because I called him the second time and he was not able to do it. I would use him again in the future.

Duncan's did an excellent job. He had all the proper equipment (ladder, bucket, hose) and kept the area clean. He cleaned the top gutters and flushed them out with a hose. I was very pleased with the quality of work.

I called to see about getting my gutters checked because I suspected I had at least one clogged. He was in the area so came sooner than I had expected! Sure enough, I had one clogged. He checked other things on the roof as well, removed tree branches, etc. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will certainly be calling him in the future.

Duncan does a great job. We've had him clear out our gutters for years, and he's always reliable, punctual and cleans up after the work Slate roofs can be fragile, and Duncan has never once damaged a single slate, so we really appreciate the care he takes. Great guy to deal with, too!
