He gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted the work done now. YES! How nice not to have to wait another week or two to get the work done! Great job!

I am satisfied with the service but did not receive a quote before the work was started/completed. I was surprised by this because I specifically requested a quote when setting up the appointment. I am accustomed to being informed of cost before work begins when working with a company for the first time. A bit unorthodox.

We have had our gutters cleaned a couple of time's by Duncan, and he does a thorough job, cleans up really nicely, and has a very fair price. He is also very conscientious as far as keeping the customer updated on his schedule, etc., which is always appreciated.

Duncan cleaned the gutters ...... but also left a handwritten note explaining how he also repaired a section of gutter as well as listed several observations he made in regards to the roof while he was on it. Usually you find an invoice and little else when work is performed while you are away. I was very impressed with his thoroughness.

He was efficient and did what was necessary to fix the problem. The charge was minimal and there has not been a problem since.

I called mid-week and he called me right back. We set things up for Friday 11/11. Due to colder than expected weather, he was running behind as leaves were frozen in gutters. He called me and asked if we could reschedule to Saturday and we did.He gave me a very reasonable estimate for a 2-story home and he even included the gutters on my garden building. He was very thorough, He cleaned and flushed all the gutters and downspouts and took all the debris with him. While he was at my home, my neighbor asked him for an estimate. She must have been happy with the estimate, as he cleaned the gutters on her home when he finished mine. Very nice gentlem n. He is now my go-to gutter guy. Overall a great experience.

Long story short, our gutters were horribly overflowing to the point where our old basement flooded. Water was literally pouring in like a drinking fountain. After several basement waterproofing companies came out to give us estimates, and insisted simply cleaning the gutters wouldn't work, we decided we had to try cleaning them since we didn't have the $7,000-8,000 they quoted us. I called Duncan the next day and left a voicemail. He called me back 10 minutes later and said, he could come out that day to give us a quote. None of the other gutter cleaners we called offered an estimate before starting work. In addition, the other companies gave us prices over the phone without seeing our house, and they were much more than Duncan and couldn't come out for 3 weeks. Duncan left our quote in the front door for $95. We asked him to come out asap, which was only 5 days later. He left the invoice in our front door since we work during the day, and charged us only $85, saying the gutters weren't as bad as he expected! A truly honest businessman, prompt and thorough. We haven't had even a hint of water in the basement since Duncan came out. He saved us $7,000. He's worth it.

It went very well. He returned my call almost immedicately. He came out the next day & cleaned by gutters. He did a very professional job.

He cleaned the gutters, performed some minor repairs on same, did a little branch trimming, and even cleaned the skylights while he was up there.

He was timely in responding to my original request for an estimate and then accomplishing the work. He will be returning to try and correct a problem that we have with one of the down spouts that empties out on our porch roof.

I am quite satisfied with their services so far.

We were trying to decide whether to have the gutters replaced or just cleaned. His assessment was ultimately that they needed to be replaced, and so he didn't want to take the money to just clean them, only for us to have more leaks right afterwards. We ended up getting them replaced (he doesn't do replacements).

We were out of town recently, and he was supposed to come in when we were out of town, and we are not sure if he did or not. We have used him before. He is prompt, returns calls, puts us on a schedule and does a great job. We would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

The job done by them was excellent. The guy who came out didn’t leave any mess when he cleaned the gutters. I paid $95, but that was because he had to trim the branches back that were over the roof from a large tree. I have been using them for years.

The main reason I like Duncan's service is because he is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He answers the phone himself or returns the calls promptly and schedules the work quickly. I still haven't met him in person because he is able to come out even if I'm not home and will leave an invoice for me. very reliable and efficient.

He is awesome. I had called him during the fall and the weather started getting bad and we started getting ice and all so it just didn’t happen then. So he came out in the spring and he gave a discount because he couldn’t make it out during the fall. This was the second time I had used him. He gave us a prompt quote and he came out and did what he said he would do. He did a good job. I had him come back again.
