+ -1 moreWe have used Duncan for 4-5 years now, and he has always been a pleasure to work with. He is polite and considerate, and cleans up after himself. Other than the gutters being clean there's no evidence that he was there. Considering that I don't have ladders long enough to clean some of the gutters myself, hiring Duncan has been money well spent.
Description of Work: We have a 3-story house, and some of the gutters are very high off the ground. Duncan cleans them all, including the detached garage.

In addition to a thorough cleaning, he also noticed two leaky seams and came back a second time after the gutters had a chance to dry a little so that he could apply a sealant. Very pleasant and professional to deal with, punctual and a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Top gable end piece of vinyl sidding had blown off, but was not damaged. Also had 2 other areas where siding had shifted. I called Mr Campbell because he had helped my out in the past with a loose downspout. He came out the next day and reinstalled the gable end piece and resecured the other places. His promptness, attention to detail, and extremely compititive pricing were very much appreciated.

After sending him another email, he suggested he come by that day, take a look and if I was happy with his price he might be able to do it then. He checked all my gutters, repaired two downspouts and made sure all were now clear. One stop shopping -- nice!

Description of Work: I have an extremely tall area of my house that is difficult to reach. Duncan returned my call immediatey and set up a time to give me an estimate. (Many businesses I called would not even entertain such a high area.) After approving the estimate, Duncan and his crew went right to work. Gutters clean, customer happy!

I had a meeting conference call that I had to attend, so he left an invoice for me to send payment later. I believe he did a great job and will be keeping his number for future work.
Description of Work: Duncan came out and cleaned 4 old bird's nests from our gutters underneath the gutter covers, then sealed off open gaps allowing the birds access.

Description of Work: After the storm of June 29, 2012, I had some dampness in my basement - and again after the torrential downpour six days later. I then called Duncan Campbell, since I could see some storm debris in my gutters. He came out the next day. He walked the roof and collected two bucketfulls of twigs and leaves. He cleaned out the gutters with water and found where things were plugged up, causing water to seep into my basement. He is planning to coming back in a few days and put supplemental screening on the offending gutter. It was 100 degrees while he was here, and presumably hotter on the roof. I have hired Mr. Campbell before and recommend him highly. He is polite and friendly. I am fortunate to know of such a good resource when I need to protect my house!!

+ -1 moreI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duncan to anyone looking for a completely reliable, honest gutter cleaning service. Prompt response to initial call, competitive estimate, flexible with scheduling, and did a bang up job getting all the debris out of the gutters of both our house and garage. Charged me less than the estimate because he said the job was easier than he anticipated. WHAT?!?! No one is that honest anymore! I'm sold. We will be loyal customers of Duncan's forever.
Description of Work: Duncan cleaned the gutters on our house and garage after we purchased a house that hadn't been lived in for over a year. He was extremely responsive to my initial call regarding an estimate, prompt with getting me scheduled, flexible in working around my schedule, and helpful in assisting us fix a fireplace cap while he was up on the roof. He was also extraordinarily fair with his price. The service came in UNDER his estimate and he ended up charging me less! Who does that?? You want an honest, reliable gutter cleaning service? This is who you want to use. We'll be using Duncan for many years to come.
