Duncan's Gutter Cleaning Service

Very good job. Duncan arrived to give us a quote, and said that he would return to do the job before Thanksgiving. He came to do the job when we were not at home, and left us the bill. The gutters were very clean, and no debris was left on the ground. This is the first time we have used this company, and we will definitely call him again.

I called to request an estimate for cleaning gutters on a 4 unit condo complex. Duncan Campbell returned my call promptly (within 2 hours). He agreed to look at the job within the next week and leave an estimate if we weren't home. He said they couldn't do the work for a few weeks, which was no problem. We never heard from him again. No call, no estimate.

We have been using Duncan every fall and his service continues to be excellent. He even called me to make sure that all the leaves had fallen before scheduling the service.

Duncan gave me a quote quickly and was out the next day after I called to schedule service. He showed up with one other person and they had my gutters cleaned in about 15 minutes. They brought their own hose and everything they needed to complete the job. I had an issue with a shingle that was damaged (out of place) and he nailed it back into place for me. He also pointed out that I had a tree branch that was close to knocking off my furnace vent cap and he went back up and trimmed the tree back for me. He did both of these for no additional cost so in my mind he went above and beyond what I expected. You won't be disappointed if you use him. Great price and great service!

Duncan came and hosed out all our gutters and downspouts and washed out the 4 sky lights. He also got all the branches off the roof. We were so pleased with his work that we have had him out again on 10/29/2013.

Duncan's responded to my message within 24 hours and was able to provide an estimate later the same day. I felt his price was fair and I appreciated his quick response. We recently moved into our home and don't believe the gutters had been cleaned in some time, so we were very happy to get this done quickly. Now just looking for the first rain to see his handy work.

He promptly returned my phone call and we discussed the work. He told me he would try to get to it before the July 4 holiday and he was there within a day. Everything was quickly handled at a great price.

Duncan Campbell seems to do all the work himself. He's just a great guy to work with. We've actually never seen the man in person, because with our permission he always does the work during the day when we aren't home. However, he's got a laid-back and welcoming phone manner. He's always there when he says he will be. He does a cleaning, prunes back the limbs from the trees that are close to the house/roof, and he even washes our skylights. We love this guy.

Called back after message left and came for estimate as promised, calling first to let us know he was on the way. Cleaned the gutters and hosed down the downspouts to ensure they were clear. In and out quickly and efficiently. Price was excellent. Very courteous and friendly. Asked him to stop by our son's house two miles away, (which he happened to have time to do) and he again gave good price and performed gutter cleaning service. Will call again next fall.

I called the owner. He returned my call a couple days later. They were really busy but fit me in the following week. They cleaned the gutters while I was out of town and I came home to notice the work had been completed because I noticed some debri on my driveway.

Duncan is a great guy to have perfoming this service. He is fearless atleast to me he is. I had called to request a quote for some gutters that were obstructed. When he arrived at the house he introduced himself and explained what he would be checking for and then have a quote for us. It only took about 15 minutes then he informed us of his findings and gave us the $40 quote. We were more then happy with the quote and his service since the gutters in question were located on the second story of the house. Since the work has been done we have had a couple good down pours with no drainage problems. Thanks Duncan you did a great job. I will see you agian in the fall.

He found the problem, cleaned our downspout and fixed a loose nail. I was very impressed with his work and his responsiveness to our call. I would definitely call him again.

Duncan responded quickly to our call (faster than any other provider). He quickly came by to render a professionally done estimate. We asked him to do the work on fairly short notice. While he stated that he was not certain if he could work it into his schedule, in the end Duncan came through. Duncan was competitively priced compared to larger service providers. Work was well-done and we would definitely recommend him based on professionalism and quality of work delivered.

We have used Duncan for years. He is always responsive and gets the job done as soon as he can, weather permitting. He is courteous and cleans up all debris that may spill over when cleaning out the gutters.

As of this writing, Duncan is scheduled to come out this week to finish the job. I immediately felt that he was trustworthy and was not out to "take me to the cleaners". I will provide an after action report on the results. He is also scheduled to clean the gutters at my rental this summer.

I found him on Angie’s List. He seemed to know what he was doing and explained to me, before he went on the roof, what he was doing, what he found, and what his remedy would be. He had a very good price. He came out the same week I called and he was here for about an hour and a half.

They were good and I use them every year. They were thorough and quick to get to the job. They leave the invoice behind so I don't have too be there.

Mr. Campbell did an excellent job. Our 2.5 story victorian house has a lot of challenges such as lots of phone and electrical lines going from the house to the utility pole in the alley. Mr. Campbell safely worked around these. He brought his own hoses and ladders. He used our water spigots for the cleaning work and then replaced our hoses just as he had found them. He was held up on a job earlier in the day, so just a small ding because he was late. BIG bonus points because he took my small digital camera up the ladder to take pics of the condition of our roof. (My fear of nights keeps me from doing my own roof inspection.) I will be calling him to return next year.

I had contacted Duncan to get an estimate for gutter cleaning and an issue I was aware of with clogged downspouts. He did arrive a bit later than our original agreed upon time but did phone me to state he was running behind to to verify it was still okay to stop by. When he arrived we discussed the issues I was having with water not properly draining and the need for general gutter cleaning. I was quoted a price I felt was a good price and he seemed confident that he would be able to get the downspouts unclogged. He also asked if I would like to have the work done at that time or at a later date. I was pleased to go ahead and get the job done. He collected the debris into buckets, which he later took with him, and flushed gutters and downspouts with water. He was neat and attentive not to damage any of the many plants on my property. The entire process took roughly an hour. He also offered to return at a later (dry) date to caulk any drippy areas in the gutter (end caps or elbows). I was very pleased to get the job done so quickly and by someone who listened well and handled the job in a professional manner. My gutters had not been cleaning in a while and the service was prompt and thorough. I was very pleased at how cleanly the job was accomplished. After removing all the debris, they rinsed our gutters clean with a hose to ensure that they were draining properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.
