Description of Work: DUNCAN CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. HE CAME BY WITHIN A DAY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS ATTENTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY THOROUGH, CLEANED THE GUTTERS SPOTLESS. LEFT NO MESS WHATSOEVER. HE EVEN INDICATED WHERE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO UNCLOG A PIPE THAT LEADS TO THE CITY, WE MAY NEED TO CONTACT ANOTHER SOURCE. HE TOLD US TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT AND COULD GIVE US SOME NAMES IF WE NEEDED.
