Dublin Cleaners

Took a bunch of drapery to them to get them cleaned. Asked for an estimate. They said they would email me the estimate. The would be ready in a week. No email, no phone call. A week later I went to pick them up. Nothing was done. They were waiting for my response. I would have to wait another week with no drapes. they kept apologizing and offered coupon for future purchase. Very unprofessional.

I first went to the web site and tried to open an account so I could get the free pickup and delivery. The web page application was broken and I could not complete the process. So, I went to the store. The clerk was friendly and asked me if I wanted free delivery. I said yes and told her that 2 of my neighbors already use your service. Just then a young man walked up and said that the home delivery service is only for regular customers and that setting up an account is too expensive for a small irregular customer. I was shocked by that response. setting up an account would take 5 minutes and use about a penny of computer time and memory. I assume that young man was the local store manager. He should be fired and you need to get your online application fixed.

Great. They got all the stains out and communicated with me throughout the process. They also finished earlier than they said they would.

I am VERY pleased with the outcome. I knew the stain would likely not be able to be removed. The service man was GREAT. He rearranged the drapes so the stained panel is in the corner of the dining room and less visible. Some of my sheers have sun damage shredding. The service man rehung them so that the damaged places are not visible. I appreciate his attention to these details and the result is very nice. Thank you.

They do a really good job of cleaning, and I love their delivery service.

They were informative. The owner of the company took the drapes down himself. He brought them back and hung them up as well. I was satisfied with their work.

They are a bit more expensive, but they can get you out of some tight fixes. They took my husband’s dress pants that were in the wash that were dry-cleanable only, and he just loved them. It would have messed up what he likes to wear with his sport coat. He took it to them and they stretched it and it just fit him perfectly.

They are always on time. The clothes are pressed the way I like them. They will sew on buttons free of charge if they are missing. I've always been satisfied with their service. I've been going there for maybe a year.

Called and was able to get my suit there the day before a wedding and they had it back the next day cleaned and pressed as requested and at the quoted time. Good service for a decent price.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR YEARS AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALSO OFFER A FREE PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE. HOWEVER THAT SERVICE IS MUCH LESS RELIABLE THAN SELF PICK UP. THE DRIVER FORGETS TO PICK UP THE CLEANING ON OCCASION IF HE DOES NOT HAVE CLEANING TO DROP OFF.

EXCELLENT DELIVERY SYSTEM

TUX SHIRT SENT BACK TWICE BECAUSE THE SHIRT WAS VERY POORLY PRESSED. NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME, REGARDING MY THREE PHONE CALLS (SPOKE WITH TOM) AND UNHAPPINESS WITH THE WORK - I EVEN REQUESTED SOMEONE GET BACK. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH TUXEDO SHIRTS NOT BEING PROPERLY PRESSED. AFTER USING THEM FOR 10 YEARS I WILL NO LONGER GO THERE AGAIN.

I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ALAN RAY USES THEM TO CLEAN THEIR DRESSES. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME WHEN I ASKED A MILLION QUESTIONS. THEY USED A WINDOW BOX, SO I CAN SEE MY DRESS AND VEIL. THE PRESENTATION IS BEAUTIFUL. I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP/DROP OFF AT ANY LOCATION IN TOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR WEDDING DRESS CLEANING AND PRESERVATION.

I MOVE D TO ARLINGTON FROM DUBLIN AND I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO CHANGE DRY-CLEANERS. I CALLED DUBLIN CLEANER AND THEY ACCOMMODATED ME BY STILL DOING MY DRY-CLEANING. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MY TIME OF NEED. I'M GRATEFUL THERE ARE COMPANIES LIKE THAT.

THEY USUALLY DO A NICE JOB, BUT THIS TIME THEY LOST ONE OF MY SWEATERS AND THERE STILL HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION. WE

WE SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR FREE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER OUR CLEANING LIKE CLOCKWORK, AND WE THINK THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR.

NEEDED SOME DIFFICULT ALTERATIONS COMPLETED ON A DRESS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME DID A TERRIFIC JOB!

USE THEM FOR ALTERATIONS and DRY CLEANING HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED!!
