I am satisfied with their service.

Walked in, pulled each pair of shoes out and the owner went over what each one would need to look good. One pair of boots, he recommended just getting a new pair because of the way the soles were glued on. Completely fair in his assessment -- what business owner TRIES to talk you out of spending money in his shop like that?

The service was prompt and well done.

Yacov has repaired 10+ pairs of shoes for me. I enjoy working with him because he provides a quality service at a fair price. He has been able to significantly extend the life of my shoes by replacing heels (most frequently) and soles. If you are considering shoe repair, I would highly recommend Dr Shoe (aka "Yacov's World").

Lenka did a great job -- everything fit perfectly and was completed on time. The sweater came from Talbots and had a unique clasp that had fallen off. She even called the store to see if she could obtain a new closure.

The work was great! The heals were completely worn down to the nail. Other repairers had told me that I was better off buying a new pair of shoes or boots. The coat was originally a $400 jacket, so I was crushed when it was scratched up. They couldn't repair the issue, but Dr. Shoe did a great job of cosmetically covering the scratches and trimming up part of the damaged leather.

Very professional and honest. Told me what to expect from repair and delivered exactly as described.

Great customer service!! The owner fixed the tiny dog collar as I waited and at a reasonable price. Shop was very nice and clean; it didn't have that shoe glue odor that most shoe shops have. They even make key duplicates, too.

The soles and heels were replaced as promised with shoe shine added. I have taken many pairs of shoes to Yacov. He either fixes them right or tells me when they shouldn't be fixed. If you want quality shoe repairs, talk to Yacov.

The owner agreed to tackle my challenging request (two other shoe repair stores turned me down, saying it was too risky). I had a pair of beautiful Italian leather knee-high boots that were much too loose in the calves. The owner removed the back zippers, cut the leather on both sides, then reattached the zipper -- the results were amazing! You couldn't even tell he had worked on them, and the boots fit perfectly now, nice and snug as they should be. The owner does amazing work and was worth the expense!

New pull was installed in a timely fashion.

I TOOK IN A PAIR OF HIKING BOOTS AND A LEATHER COAT. THE GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THAT THE SOLE OF THE BOOTS WAS COMPLETELY WORN AND IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO REPLACE THEM. I TOOK IN AN INEXPENSIVE LEATHER COAT TO HAVE THE ZIPPER FIXED. HE SAID THAT THE ENTIRE ZIPPER WOULD NEED REPLACED FOR A COST OF $59 (LABOR INTENSIVE). HE ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT I JUST PURCHASE A NEW COAT. HE COULD HAVE GIVEN ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND MADE HIMSELF SOME MONEY BUT HE WAS HONEST, WHICH IS WHY I GO THERE AND WILL ALWAYS RETURN.

YAKOV IS A VERY NICE AND RESPONSIVE PERSON AND GAVE ME SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS ON REPAIRING MY VARIOUS PIECES OF LUGGAGE. ON ONE PIECE OF LUGGAGE, HE REPAIRED IT ON THE SPOT IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. ON THE OTHER PIECE OF LUGGAGE, HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR AND ALSO DISCUSSED OPTIONS FOR REPLACEMENT.

BAG WAS OLD BUT SERVICEALE - MR. KAMENETZKY REPAIRED THE ZIPPER AND REPLACED A PULL FOR ME. SHOP IS DIFFICULT TO SEE FROM RT 23 - HE IS IN THE STRIP MALL OUTSIDE THE GROCERY STORE.

I NEEDED THE REPAIR TO BE DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS TO BE READY FOR A TRIP, AND HE HAD IT DONE ON TIME. QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT!
