Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning

Prompt and friendly. Explained exactly what was going to be done to clean carpet. This was the first cleaning of new carpeting. Cleaning come out wonderful and really refreshed the carpet pile, especially in the high traffic areas.

I paid for a cleaning of three rounds, which included a half away for free. And an offer for sofa cleaning plus a free chair. When the tech came to my house he said I needed to pay extra for the hallway and extra for sofa because it was a three section. Total feet did not exceed the amount on the offers so **** has not been charged extra. I was harassed and to writing a personal check for protectant on the carpet and sofa as well as deodorizers. I was scared for my safety since I was home along with this provider who was insisting and intimidating because he needed the money for his 'children'. The office manager was completely I'm faced and the owner of the company said he would refund me the offer. He did not want to pay for the checks the technician bamboozle to me for $150. Not only am I extremely appalled but also scared for my safety now when I am home alone with a service technician. The worst experience of my life.

Everything went great, professional cleaner came and did all the work. great job would totally hire again.

They came in and cleaned the carpet . He placed furniture back in original positions and completed the job in a timely manner.

They charged a lot for extras. Had a coupon for $99. Ended up paying over $200 for everything. Carpets were clean and smelled good. Just expensive.

It went great! Chris was the service technician that cleaned carpet and tile. He did an excellent job on both. The tile looked great after he finished. Would definitely use Downey again and definitely recommend them!

They did a good job. Areas that was disappointed in were care around corners with the hoses, dark marks were left in one bedroom, the service vehicle itself was dirty (I would expect a cleaning company to have clean vehicles). They did an exceptional job in the high attention areas where stains were called out and on the stairs.

I had used them in the past. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

He arrived 3 hours late. Moved the furniture in living room and dining room. After he left I checked the upstairs and found that the furniture had not been moved. The dresses, beds, bedside tables, TV, nothing cleaned except in the middle of the floor. I am not happy!

He was only here for twenty minutes. He did not work under any of the furniture and missed quite a few spots in the carpeting.

It went fantastic! The two guys were very kind to my mother, and treated her and her belongings with great respect. They were also able to remove a traffic spot between the kitchen and dining room and under her favorite chair. It looked as if the carpet was new. I have used other companies before and majority were satisfactory but Downey was exceptional due to personal attention and detail...which placed my "hard to please" mother very much at ease. That alone was worth its weight in gold! Definitely will hire again!
