It turned out very well. They were prompt, clean and quite. I will use them again.

It was a good experience. I had them work in the upstairs bedrooms, the hallways, and the living room. It took them about an hour to do the work.

This was excellent service from start to finish. I called and they were able to get me scheduled on short notice. The area I needed cleaned was in my lower level. THis is a very high activity area and an area that had become stained with pet accidents from old, sick dogs. Additionally, this is an area with an artist's studio and paint had spilled on the carpet. The carpet is over ten years old and had been cleaned a number of times. The process took a bit over an hour, the carpet and stairs looked great when he was done. All of the stains were gone and the area smelled fresh. John, the service provider, was friendly, courteous and professional. Finally, the company called to be sure I was pleased with the service. The customer service is outstanding. I will use this service again and recommend to my neighbors.

It was astonishing. The carpet in this rental house has pet stains and smelled terrible. After the cleaning, the light beige carpet was stain free and smelled great.

The work turned out great in the end. I did not spend any more than the $99 Big Deal purchase price. They came out soon after I purchased the Big Deal. It was not long though. They came out within the month.

Wonderful!!! The carpet has never looked so clean!!! and we've had it done before, but this was THE best. It did take two days to dry as the carpet was pretty well saturated. But we were very happy with this company.

Great! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they arrived on time and were very courteous. The carpets were cleaned very well. I had some spots that reappeared with other cleaners, but that did not happen this time.

Technician called a couple of times to let us know his time of arrival. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished in the time he specified. The tile and grout look wonderful. It had 12 years of kitchen grime, dog dirt and other stains since the last time it was sealed. Scrubbing never made a difference. This procedure made my kitchen floor look new!

The company was super easy to schedule with. The young man was very courteous hard working and explained every thing. They got the carpets very clean, and the area rug was cleaner than when I took it to a specialty cleaning place. Downey was Great.
