The technician, Jim, arrived on time and went about doing the job while conducting himself in a friendly, professional manner. I would recommend Downey Cleaners to my friends and family.. Completed the 4 rooms in a timely manner and removed the stains much better than I had expected. Good company!

Service provider cleaned all of our bedroom and hallway carpeting. He provided us tips to keep our white carpet clean, too. Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning does not provide free service to move furniture which is the only pet peeve I have about the company, but I can understand why. Thanks so much for your service! Used a Big Deal promoted by Angie's List. The living room rug had not been cleaned recently and with a teenage son and two cats, it was time. Every contact with the provider was pleasant and upbeat. Appointment times for the pick-up and delivery were set and kept. The results were more than satisfactory especially considering that the rug in question has some years of wear and a few spots. Very happy with the service and would definitely use provider again!

The service for the big deal from Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning was fine. There was nothing that I disliked about my experience with them, not that I know of. The 99 dollars big deal cost was the actual cost, 99 dollars. We haven't even looked at the rug since we got it back and it is still rolled up as we put it in the basement. I haven't even looked at it. I guess the quality was fine. The price was good.

Service went well. The technician arrived on time and was there about an hour. Overall, I was happy with the work. I had a couple of stains that didn't come up. Overall, I was happy with their service.

We were happy with the big deal purchase. The job as far as that goes it was not as good as I expected it but the thing is we have had trouble trying to get that grout cleaned in the first place. It seems in the high traffic areas that it is just inbedded and don't know if anybody could have gotten it any better. My husband was here when they came and did it and was happy with them and there wasn't any mess.

He was on time, friendly and super quick!! Their machines are amazing, cleaned up a lot more than my home steam cleaner ever could - and much faster!! I couldn't believe the hidden pet hair their machine got up from our shaggy carpet - and we have a very good Dyson vacuum. I can't wait to call them back again, I think we'll have them come back 2-3 times per year.

The service was great. They did a great job. I had to pay a little more because I had more rooms. I was able to pretty much immediately set up an appointment for them to come out. I would recommend them to a family member or a friend.

I have used several providers in the area and felt that that the carpet never really got clean. The system that Downey uses different, and I feel does a much better job. I can see the difference in my carpeting and I love how they look when they are dry. I can wholeheartedly recommend their service.
