Downey Clean Carpet Cleaning

Downy did such a great job cleaning the carpets in my home! We just purchased the house and the carpets were in really rough shape. I was certain that having them professionally cleaned wouldn't do much. After Downy left, the carpets looked so much better than I could have hoped for! The don't look brand new, but they are certainly not the eye-sores that they once were. I noticed the house smelled much better too after they were cleaned. I would definitely recommend Downy!

I don't remember the cost. But, still not happy with it.

One person cleaned one family room, two bedrooms, flight of stairs and landing. The family room got a good scrubbing (which was badly needed) and was done within a couple of hours. Very happy with the results.

It went great. Our tenants complained of an Oder and they came back a second time ASAP and free of charge. I would highly recommend them for their awesome customer service.

They picked up my rug, promptly cleaned it , and brought it back. Very satisfied

The man who came out was very nice and did a thorough job. It stayed clean for a couple months, then looked dingy again. I think that is because the carpet was very cheap to begin with.

Great job. They got here when scheduled, did a fantastic job and called to follow up the next day. The grout in the floor has not looked this good since it was installed. Will definitely hire again.

the technician was on time came in with the equivalent of a rug doctor. nothing great. They should inform there people when they arrive not to assume they can park in your driveway especially since the truck was old and leaked oil in my driveway. (NOT GOOD)

I called to schedule a carpet cleaning after reading all the great reviews here on Angie’s list. When I called, unknown to me I reached the overflow call center that is contracted by Downey (which is no issue to me). I spoke with a very nice and professional associate which helped me and seemed to give me a great deal. I was very specific in what areas I wanted deep cleaned and focused on. When speaking with her I was getting all kinds of stuff for a low price, however once the job was done it was completely different price and a lot less areas completed. We called the home office and was asked to call back the next day when the manager was in because apparently he is the only one that is able to fix the price issue. The next morning early the tech that cleaned the carpet called and said he had his boss with him to fix it, so long story short I ended up with 3 areas cleaned not the 5 I originally requested, I did get my stairs completed and the deodorizer all for the same price that was originally quoted which was 180. They charged me for two rooms in my family room this time too where as last time it was one? There are areas on the year old carpet that are stiff now? The overall job doesn’t seem to have done anything, the carpet now has stiff spots and I still smell pet spots. The areas were not focused on and when we asked the tech he seemed to not acknowledge the concern. I do not recommend this company and I will not use them again.

Made stain lighter but did not remove it. 2 day effort. Left suggestions on what to continue trying. Wife worked on it daily for over a month and we hired another carpet cleaner and it is finally gone
