Great experience!
Description of Work: I have had my carpet cleaned several times by several different companies over the last 20 years. Let me tell you that this company will be the only one I'll use from now on. First of all I really needed them to come on the 11th. Initially the office thought that would not be possible, but called the technician to see if he could squeeze me in. They did!. On that day, I called to get the ETA which was between 3 and 4. I appreciate the consideration given for my time. The technician called to let me know when he was en route. Jeffrey Spangler showed up and went right to work. He was so professional and polite. He did an outstanding job moving my furniture(alone), and replacing it. The best part is my carpets are beautiful. He even removed two stains that the last company did not!!! I will be reccomending tDowney Clean to all my family and friends.

They came, they cleaned, we smiled
Description of Work: The guys from Downey cleaned all the carpets in our house and did a fabulous job. They spent the time to go over and over certain areas that were full of an orange based "green" cleaner the previous carpet cleaner had left in the carpets which attracted lots of dirt and made them gummy and matted. The previous carpet cleaner was someone we hired from a special deal Angies List offered in only 5 months earlier. Although our carpets are not new, they look their best now

Great Job!
