Description of Work: We had our carpets cleaned. This included three rooms and the stairway. It also included deoderizing or stainguard. We opted for the stainguard but got the deoderizing as an add-on that cost an extra $20 bucks. We are very pleased with our carpets. They look great, smell great, and we will use them again.

Description of Work: Excellent job of cleaning the carpet in the living room, family room and master bedroom and hall way. We had some old spots on carpet that no other cleaning company had gotten out and they are gone! Very professional and courteous young man. He even called ahead to let us know he was running a little late which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend John M. Downey Carpet cleaners and use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Downey Clean to clean my carpet for several years now. The price is very reasonable: 5 areas for $100. The technicians are polite and treat my furnishings with care.

Description of Work: Our house is for sale and we needed traffic patterns cleaned as well as two stubborn stains. The service was very thorough, even though it took about three times longer than had been expected. He stayed until it was completely done, the price was very fair and we were pleased with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Made an appt. and explained I needed liiving room, a bedroom and finished basement carpet cleaned as we are to have a wedding here on Saturday. Cleaners did show up on time but did not bring necessary hose to clean basement and told my husband someone could bring one but they were over an hour away. My husband showed them another water source that they could use. WHen I came home, only 1/2 of the basement was cleaned. I understand about not moving furniture and opted for area clean but they did not even pull out small lightweight chairs around card table and clean under the table! Instead, they only cleaned to about two feet near the table all the way around. NO furniture protector foam blocks were put under anything but rather the furniture was left to sit on wet carpet. The floor was so wet after they cleaned that when I walked on it, water squished up between my toes. I used this company based on the postive review profile. I am very disappointed that I could not give one also. The lady I spoke with this morning was very nice and offered to have them come back out but the wedding is tomorrow and I cannot do wet carpet and have to try to get my house put together. I did ask for a refund of at least the cost of the basement carpet... we will see.

Description of Work: Ryan Daniels cleaned all our carpet in a timely manner. He explained every step he took after we showed him what we needed him to do. He did an excellent job! He didn't rush through the job and he took care as he cleaned around our furnishings. He was friendly and informative. We will call this company for the next cleaning.

Description of Work: Jason and Scott were prompt and was there at my convenience. They were very interactive and did a superb job in helping me with my bathroom tile and also my carpet. I was surprised to see such customer service from this type of service. I even received a followup call to see if things were working okay. I also have asked them to come back to do some additional work for me. I am totally satisfied with them. They represented the company with the highest of standard and integrity. They actually explained what they were doing and how it was done. Great company!
