Description of Work: Company would only book time day before service, and gave me a 2-hour window. The employee arrived 1/2 hour before the beginning and I was not at home. I arrived five minutes before window start time, and he expressed a poor attitude until I explained that I arrived BEFORE starting time. He asked me to pay him beforehand, I told him I had already paid, and had to present my Angie's receipt to him and make him a copy of it before he would begin. He was to do 3 bedrooms, hall and stairs (not 1st floor since I have hardwood floors). He was finished in about a half hour and left. I told him that his attitude reflected a poor image of his company.

Description of Work: cleaned 4 rooms, but for got to do the stairs in 2 rooms....part of each room. when asked, he said, I didn't know to do them. he had already put stuff away when I notice he hadn't done them...maybe was not included in price, but was not informed they weren't. all others have cleaned them in the past. good job and very polite .
