Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned I think it was October. I paid approx. $200. The guy from the company was very nice and worked hard but I was not impressed with the job. The type of system they use is very messy and actually used my water (Which is well water) and the toilet to drain the dirty residue from the cleaning. It messed up my hard wood floors and it took me several cleanings to get them back to normal from the water damage from the hose and process they used. Also, the cleaner pulled the carpet too hard and stretched it in some places and it is now visibly noticeable and we will have to hire a carpet installer to fix it. To top it off my carpets do not look much cleaner than before. Unfortunately, a waste of my time and my money. I rate the cleaning job as poor but the service was excellent but I would not use this company again. The cleaning system they use just doesn't work and is very messy and left for the homeowner to clean up.
