Description of Work: HIRED DOUGLAS TO TREAT MY LAWN FOR THE SUMMER. BY END OF AUGUST, THEY HAD ONLY PERFORMED ONE TREATMENT IN THE END OF MAY AND NEVER SHOWED UP TO PERFORM THE REMAINING THREE TREATMENTS.
