I have been going to this facility for about 5 years. They are very honest and are reasonably priced. The mechanics do great work and it is easy to get my vehicle into them.

What a great small business in Whitehall. I've been coming to Don's for years. He has helped me with quite a few things: brakes, oil changes, replaced a rusted out steering rack on my truck and a few other things. He'll give you honest work at an honest price. Thanks Don.

Don's car care is great. Don is extremely knowledgable about cars and doesn't take advantages of customers. He has serviced my 1987 Honda Accord and all cars I have had since then. He is trustworthy and only makes necessary repairs. Highly recommended.

the repairs were done in one day. the repair part needed came only in a complete package from Toyota. So he found an after-market part that was much less expensive. Instead of the whole canister being replaced, only the defective valve was replaced. that saved me money. Also, the staff was alert and noticed my low tire, repairing it with a plug.

I have been going to Don ever since we moved to the Columbus area 8 years ago. His work is excellent, but above all, he is an honest guy so I trust what he says about my cars. If he can't do the work, he refers us to someone that can, but that has only happened with body work. I have referred Don to other people, and they too are satisfied customers.

They're really good, always finished when they say they're going to be, and their price is pretty reasonable. They are very honest and just really reputable.

I have been going to Don's for a few years for maintenance on my two vehicles. He does a great job reviewing what you really need and what can wait. I had a franchise company tell me I needed new rear brakes but took it to Don's and he said they were fine and did not replacing for 10- 12,000 miles. An honest and local company that does a great job, what more could you want...

we called to make the appt. on a Saturday. Don explained that he may not be able to complete the job on a Saturday depending on what parts he needed. He called Saturday with the estimate and said he could complete the work on Monday, which he did.

My husband called Don's Car Care on Monday morning to see when he could bring in our 2001 Camry for service. This was the first time either of us used the shop for our car repair needs. My husband told Don the vehicle was due for major maintenance, which included changing the timing belt and a tune-up. Don said to bring the car in Thursday morning. Due to an appointment, my husband did not get the car to him until mid-morning. Don called about an hour later to tell my husband the estimate for the work would be $1,000, which was well within expectation. He also said the tires should be replaced ($450), but my husband passed because the tires were still under warranty. My husband did not expect to have the car until Friday, but Don called at 5 pm to say work had been completed. The cost was just under $1,000, including tax! The car runs well, the service was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable. Both my husband and I would not hesitate to use Don's Car Care in the future.

The power steering went out, we then added power steering fluid that flowed right out. There was some hole or something in the hose that was hanging almost to the ground. Called Don and he was able to fit us in right away. The car was promptly repaired. What a great place! Nice to know that not everyone is out there to screw you!

They always do a very good job. Their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. We have been using them for about 4 years now.

I have used them before for new tires and a few minor repairs. They are very nice and accommodating. I usually don't need an appointment. They are very quick.

The front brakes had been making that grinding 'metal on metal' noise and it was high time to get them fixed. I was able to get an appointment and dropped the van off the following morning. Don called to let me know they'd found both the brake hoses were cracked and had to be replaced, the possibility of which had been figured into the estimate. My final cost was actually $40 below the estimate, as the wheel bearings were still in good condition. Don keeps a clean, well organized, professional shop, relaxed and conducive to doing good work. I've taken my van to Don's before and will do again as the need arises.

A good experience. I took the car in without an appointment, and they got it checked out and called with the estimate in a timely fashion. Repair was finished as promised.
