Description of Work: AN ADDITION TO THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE. THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4-5 MONTHS, IT TOOK 9. WE HAD SUBCONTRACTORS CALLING US BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO PUT A LIEN ON OUR HOUSE, SO WE HAD TO PAY THEM. HE ACTUALLY OWED US MONEY AT THE END OF THE JOB, WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED, NOR DID WE TRY AND COLLECT, WE JUST WANTED IT OVER. HE ALSO BOUGHT INFERIOR WOOD FOR THE WOOD FLOORS. THE FLOORS NEED TO BE REPLACED, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE JUST COMPLETED.

DURING THE START OF THIS PROJECT, MY WIFE AT THE TIME, DECIDED TO DIVORCE ME. UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN SET ME IN AN EMOTIONAL WHIRLWIND. THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE TO MAKE THIS MEMBER HAPPY WITH WHAT I WAS DOING ON THIS PROJECT. NOTHING WAS GOOD ENOUGH OR FAST ENOUGH. ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR WOULD WALK OFF THIS PROJECT BECAUSE NOTHING WILL EVER PLEASE HER. I STAYED THE COURSE, FINISHED THE PROJECT AND IT LOOKS GREAT!!
