 + -1 moreIt went excellent. There was lots of communication. They did a beautiful plan and we revised it a little. They didn't charge me anything for revising it. They were open to my input. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used DIY Landscape Consulting to remove plants and plant new plants. They also trimmed up other plants and redid my plant beds.

 + 1 moreWe are super pleased with the projects that have been completed so far and look forward to doing more in the future as our budget allows. Overall, I am very pleased with the appearance of our yard and the time it took to complete the project.
Description of Work: Because we are like many home owners, we need to make a yard nicer in phases. It's just too expensive to do it all at once. So we are working on the things we hate the most about our yard and picking away at it slowly. This year we moved plants around and used some of our existing plants in different spaces. (Our yard was overgrown with a lot of really good plants, but Pat helped us figure what to lose and what to keep) Mulched our yard, and added landscape lighting that had been sitting in our garage for two years, which I had no idea how to install or even if they worked. Just needed new light bulbs... Overall, I am pleased with the service and the yard looks great. I will certainly use DIY in the future. The services provided are affordable and professional quality. Many people in our neighborhood have already commented at how much nicer the yard looks since we bought it and began making improvements. It's nice that we can work in small increments which are affordable.
