Beautiful installation; efficient, courteous, pleasant and professional staff. Very easy and quick install. Finished product is very attractive.

Phil was great to work with in the estimating process. We were relocating from out of town and had to schedule weekend time to visit there showroom. He let us know what we needed for templating and a possible schedule. We were unable to get all of the stuff for the first template appointment. We had it all for the second. They indicated they could make our date. After not hearing anything they said they would make Friday at the latest. On Monday they came and installed three counters in the kitchen. We did not hear anything for the rest of that week. I called and received assurances that were missed. I scheduled them firmly to a later date. Once the counters were in, we had to have them back twice to fix the incorrect sink cutouts. The sinks were covering the faucet hole. The plumber just laughed and said he couldn't do anything. After coming out the first time they had to come out again as they did not allow enough room for the drain pull on the faucet.

Excellent work! The company had to measure new countertop without making a template (demolition was not yet completed). Were able to remove existing countertop and built-in sink, cut, and replace without damage. Seamed new piece to original, and it looks like it was all original.

It took three times to get the feet level in the shower, the first time it was not level and they had to come out three times to take care of it.

MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT THEY ARE VERY POOR. THE TEMPLATE THAT THEY MADE FOR MY COUNTERTOPS DID NOT FIT MY COUNTERTOPS. I HAD TO DO A LOT OF TRIMMING. THEY DAMAGED MY FLOORS AND DAMAGED MY CABINETS. THE GROUT WAS ALSO THE WRONG COLOR. THE ATTITUDE OF THE INSTALLER WAS TERRIBLE, IT WAS LIKE HE WAS PAYING ME, INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND. THEY DID MAKE TWO BEAUTIFUL SEAMS, AND THE SINK IS NICE, BUT THAT IS THE ONLY POSITIVES I CAN COME UP WITH.

Phil was very enthusiastic about his company and their team's abilities. He took the time to show us around their warehouse and introduce us to the people who would be performing the work. The cost was the lowest that I could find and yet the work quality was great. In addition, the length of time between placing the order and the actual installation was short - much shorter than other quotes that we received. The team really loves their work and does a great job. We did have a minor problem that we discovered after they left which required a return visit. They came out at our convenience and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. SERVICE LEVEL, RESPONSIVENESS, AND PROFESSIONALISM EXHIBITED BY BACK OFFICE WAS ATROCIOUS.

ON 02-07-05 I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH PAM, AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK WITH PHIL. PHIL CALLED BACK IN 50 MINUTES. I EXPLAINED THAT I WANTED TO PUT NEW FORMICA ON MY EXISTING KITCHEN COUNTERTOP. PHIL TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD NOT DO THAT, BECAUSE IT COULD NOT BE DONE SATISFACTORILY.

THEY WERE SLOW IN RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES OR WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND DO THE FINAL MEASUREMENT. BEFORE THEY DID THE FINAL MEASUREMENTS WE CHANGED COLORS. SO WHEN THEY CAME AND MEASURED I MADE SURE THEY HAD THE NEW COLOR ON THE ORDER SHEET. IT TOOK ANOTHER 4 WEEKS FOR THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE COUNTER TOP. I WAS CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO TELL ME THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE MATERIAL. IT TOOK ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOP IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. IT THEN TOOK ANOTHER 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. WE HAD BEEN TOLD THAT THEY MIGHT NEED AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF WORK; BUT THEY FINISHED THE SAME DAY.

TWO GENTLEMEN FROM DISTINCTIVE SURFACES INSTALLED NEW COUNTERTOPS AND SINKS. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. DUE TO THE NEW DEPTH OF THE SINKS, I HAD TO HAVE A PLUMBER COME AND MAKE CHANGES. ONE OF THE GENTLEMEN FROM DISTINCTIVE CAME BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO RE-CAULK THE ISLAND TOP. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THERE WAS A SLIGHT RAISED EDGED ON COUNTERTOP. CAME OUT NEXT DAY TO DO REPAIR WITH NO PROBLEMS.

VERY RESPONSIVE TO ESTIMATE REQUEST AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION SCHEDULED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ESTIMATE. TWO GUYS CAME TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN JUST UNDER THREE HOURS. WOULD REFER THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY MATCHED THE CORIAN PERFECTLY WITH SEAMLESS INSTALLATION. THEY MET THE PRICE OF ANOTHER SUPPLIER AND WERE ABLE TO INSTALL MY COUNTERTOP WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS (THE OTHER COMPANY NEEDED 6-8 WEEKS). THEY HAD IT INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AND EVEN THREW IN A CUTTING BOARD TO MATCH!
