 + -1 moreWe have been very satisfied with Dictograph's service. I can reach them at any time of night and speak with a real person. I could not recommend them high enough.
Description of Work: We have had Dictograph for many years. We first got them back in the late 80's because of prowler problem that we had. Dictograph has always been very responsive, I've been able to contact them at any time at night and they would contact the police for us.

 + -1 moreThey quote and the installation were quick and easy. Scott took care of everything and wired the house.
Description of Work: They installed a wireless alarm system in my house. All the doors have alarms. Two windows alarms monitor breakage, and also I have motion sensors.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER HIMSELF EVALUATED EQUIPMENT NEEDS AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. ALL THE HARDWARE IS ABOVE INDUSTRY STANDARD. NONE OF IT IS PROPRIETARY EQUIPMENT WHICH OFFERS AN ADVANTAGE FOR THE HOMEOWNER. THE INSTALLER WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND DID CLEAN WORK AND DISCREET INSTALLATION. THEY USE UNMARKED UTILITY VANS, SO THEY DO NOT BROADCAST OR ANNOUNCE THE PRESENCE OF AN ALARM SYSTEM. SERVICE CONTRACT RATES AND MONITORING ARE EXCELLENT. FAST AT CALLING BACK AND THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DISPATCHED POLICE TO MY HOME. THEY ALSO OFFER PET RESISTANT EQUIPMENT TO REDUCE FALSE ALARMS. PRICE WAS REASONABLE, EVEN WHEN OTHER FEATURES WERE ADDED AT A LATER DATE. GREAT PEACE OF MIND.
