Everything was good. When I left a message asking about a service call, they replied the same day to set up the appointment. We had a 9 to 11 window, he called at 9:15 and came by 9:30. Had a credit card reader, which was handy because I had forgotten a check.

Everything was very fast. I called Deyo on Monday, they got me a quote by Tuesday and had the doors installed by Thursday afternoon. Very professional and polite. Would recommend to anyone needing garage repairs or remodels.

They are very professional, gentlemen came right on time, he was courteous and knew what he was doing.

Have used them before, got very good service. this last event, I had scheduled an appointment in several days in advance, so there would not be a conflict. However, they were still late showing up. They analyzed the problem and recommended a short term and long term fix. we opted for the short term and they came back and completed. The fix is holding up well, and we would recommend them to others and will use them for future service on our garage doors.

This time Deyo sent out a very nice young man who assessed the situation and told me he could keep the door going a little longer if I would be willing to have screws put in that would show from the outside. He was apologetic about not being able to do a more aesthetically pleasing repair. At this point, I just wanted the door to work a until I could afford to replace it. He did a great job and tested his work several times to be sure the door would work properly and not get stuck again. He also showed me a brochure he had with him that featured new garage doors and very reasonable prices. You can be sure I'll be calling Deyo this year to put in a new door for me. I have always found the work to be top quality and the price very reasonable. Most times they send out a technician who loves to sing while he works. He's not so much on key, but to me, it's music to my ears!

My garage door came off its track on Sunday. I called that day and left a message. I received a call back first thing Monday morning and the technician was able to come out two hours later to repair the door. I also wanted a new garage door opener and he was able to install that as well. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and fix my garage door.

On August 23, I e-mailed Deyo Doors to gather info on replacing a clicker. I was also interested in possibly replacing the garage door opener my wife and I had (it appeared to be ancient). The owner, Brian, called me a little while after I submitted the e-mail and talked over all of our options. By the end of the call, I had an appointment for the same day to replace my garage door opener.The installer, Jeremy, was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He also shared that the opener I was quoted on wasn't in their inventory and that the owner said to upgrade me at no additional cost. It's rare to find a business owner willing to satisfy a customer at their own expense. Within a couple hours, all was done and Jeremy drove off. I'd definitely recommend them and will most definitely use them again in the future .

Our garage door had a broken spring, and one of my neighbors recommended Deyo. I called and left them a message, and I had a return call within minutes. My service was scheduled for first thing the following morning. My parents were at my house that day, and my dad was very impressed by the service and professionalism of the employee that completed our job. He showed my dad exactly what was broken, and told him how he was going to repair it. He also called me to explain what needed to be done and what the cost was going to be. He replaced the broken parts, and oiled all of the moving parts on the door. Our garage door has never been so quiet in ten years. I was very pleased with the entire process!

Our garage door was the old particle board original door...dryrotting on the bottom and taking in water. Deyo had been out to fix a broken spring in the winter months and recommended a replacement. We received estimates from several door companies and Deyo was right in the middle price-wise. They made extra trips out to answer questions and drop off color chips....very friendly and professional. The worker who installed the new door went over all the details about how to keep it in good working order. All in all very happy with this provider!

My original motor on my garage door opener started going bad so I decided to replace it and felt the best product (Liftmaster) was only available through a service company so I called Deyo Overhead Door which I had used before. It was scheduled fairly quickly and on service guy came out and had it installed in less than two hours if I remember correctly. Very highly recommended. Courteous and professional service. I have used them before and have been pleased each time.

Garage door would not open. After a quick inspection, I could see that one of the springs had broken. I contacted Deyo late in the evening and had a call back by 8 a.m. the next day. I was asked what the problem was and advised. I was told that an employee would be in my area by 2 p.m. and they would be prepared to handle the issue. Employee showed up, quickly determined the issue and corrected in a very timely manner. Employee also looked at the entire garage door system advising the everything was in good shape. Employee was both courteous and professional.

Great experience. The door springs broke Friday evening and I placed call on Saturday morning. Since it wasn't an emergency, the call was scheduled for Monday morning. Technician arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hrs. Door works fine and would highly recommend this company any need of any garage door work

Called on a Saturday morning at about 8:30 because our garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring. They were at our house about 1 1/2 hours later (an hour earlier than they said they would be there) and fixed the garage door at a great price. J.R did the work and he was very professional and let us know what he was doing at each step along the way. Great price, great service.

Jeramy came out and looked at the unit and concluded it was a problem with the logic board on our Craftsman Garage Door Opener. The unit was only 16 mos. old. The one we had before that lasted 10 yrs. for us so that was a little disheartening. He did not have the replacement part with him so he made arrangements to come back out the next day to fix the opener. He replaced the logic board and suggested we put a surge protector plug on the unit which we have done. The price was a little high since it almost equaled what we paid for the unit in the first place. In fact, that was one of my questions to Jeramy when we spoke, which made more economical sense. However, the unit works fine now and everything appears to be back to normal. Deyo has done some work for us in the past and we would use them again in the future.

This is the third time I've utilized DEYO, (the two previous times for spring replacement), and I didn't feel the need to even check around for another vendor. They have always been responsive and professional; both when scheduling and later upon installation. The installer, (Pheng), has always been the same person and given the number of years he has been around, I feel that speaks well of this business. Pheng took his time in all aspects of this task, from our initial contact, where he verified the product which was to be installed, to the final stage, where he demonstrated the features of the opener. I wish all my and quot;home improvementand quot; upgrades, or fixes, went so well and were so and quot;trouble freeand quot;!

They did a great job. They were here on time and came within 2 days of my call for a non- emergency. They have come the next day when I needed help right away. Dependable.

I discovered in the evening that one of the garage door springs had broken. I called Deyo the next morning, and left a message. Deyo's message said they would call back as soon as possible, and they did, within about an hour. Mr. Deyo was very professional and said that he could have someone at my house within the hour. He was good at his word, because within a short time I received a call from the technician that he was on his way. Jeramy was very polite and professional, and quickly gave me a price and said he could have it fixed in a short time. Since I had a 2-spring system, I inquired about changing to a one-spring system and he said that it would take a little longer, but he could do it with no problem. He gave me the price for that, which was higher, but never pressured me to switch to the higher-priced system. I chose that system and he got right to work, and was done very soon. He then explained what he did, how to maintain the spring, lubricate things, etc. He was just a pleasure to deal with. Everything works perfectly, and I would definately call Deyo again for a repair, or even a new door if the need arises.

I called Deyo late on a Thursday afternoon and requested service on a broken garage door spring. JR arrived right on time the next morning and performed the service. He was very prompt, friendly, professional, knoledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Our overhead garage door motor stopped working. I called them and within a couple of hours he was out and installed a new opener. JR was knowledgable, gave me options, had all the parts with him and was just a good person. I would definitely call on them again.

The garage door's spring broke the day before we were going out of town. We were trying to get the spring replaced before we left and Deyo Overhead Door Services was able to accommodate our schedule. We called them around 11:00 am, they were at the house shortly before 12:30 pm and they were done with the job shortly after 1:00 pm. They replaced both springs and provided us with a $20 discount for a coupon they had circulating that we weren't even aware of. We spoke to Brian on the phone and Jeramy did the work at the house. Very responsive and professional. We would definitely use this company again.

During several of the service calls Deyo Doors has made on my garage door in the past three years, I asked them for information about garage door openers. They readily answered all of my questions and did NOT offer any thoughts suggestive of high-pressure salesmanship. Over the past month I have been getting progressive more wary about the garage door opener and called them for more information. I was able to talk with the owner (Brian Deyo), who answered all of my questions and was able to set up an appointment for the installation for three days later which I requested. His son arrived 5 minutes early and installed the system within an hour. He was very informative about the working of the new garage door opener and also answered all of my questions. I was fortunate to have found them three years ago when I had a "garage door emergency" and have been a loyal repeat customer. These guys rate a "10" in all business categories and for their products too.

The installation was slower than anticipated. The installer came to give an estimate and was supposed to have the equipment with him but did not. The installer said he didn't know why I was told he would have the opener with him because it is an item that must be ordered. It took a couple of days ot get it in and the opener was installed. We are very pleased with the job.

The repair person called ahead and asked to come a little early, which was fine with me. Service was completed the day after my request and this was at the start of the holiday weekend! This was most helpful in that one of my cars was stuck in the garage. The individual who did the work was also the person who completed some work from me about 7 years ago. I was once again very pleased with his performance. The individual who took my order over the phone was quite helpful and easy to talk to. I look forward to dealing with this company in the future, but with a little luck, not the near future!
