One of our garage doors became ''magical'', opening on it's own in the middle of the night. Since the opener was about 15 years old, it was obviously dying. The Deyo serviceman, who came promptly the day after we called, told us the circuit board was fried, and could be replaced but that it wouldn't be cost effective due to the unit's age. We agreed, and made an appointment for a replacement opener to be installed. The serviceman was very pleasant, the work was done quickly and professionally, and we are very pleased with the service and response time.We also had a coupon which they were happy to honor, so we saved a litte money. All is working well now.

The worker was precisely on time, very courteous and helpful. I would hire them again.

I was very impressed. The tech that came to my home was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Great service. I wish everything could be so easy. The job was done quickly and well, and I could go back to my life without any headaches, recalls, etc. When I initially contacted the company by telephone, the problem was diagnosed, price was quoted, and appointment was set. I will definitely use this company again.

ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE DOORS!

CALLED DEYO ON TUESDAY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK A STICKING GARAGE DOOR. TECHNICIAN SPENT 30 MINUTES INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM BUT COULD NOT COME UP WITH A DEFINITE CAUSE. DID SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE CALL. WISHED HE COULD HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM, BUT WAS HAPPY THAT THERE WAS NO CHARGE AND WILL WAIT TO SEE IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN.

I CALLED AT 8 AM. THEY PULLED A MAN FROM 18 MILES AWAY TO MAKE THE SERVICE CALL, SO I COULD GET MY CAR OUT OF MY GARAGE AND GO TO WORK. REPAIR WAS COMPLETED BY 10:45 AM.

EXTREMELY PROMPT AND THOROUGH. DID NOT TRY TO SELL A MORE EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT.

THE INSTALLER WAS ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN HOURS OF WHEN I CALLED. THE SPRINGS WERE REPLACED, AND HE CHECKED and LUBRICATED THE GARAGE DOOR and OPENER.

VERY HELPFUL. CAME TO REPAIR GARAGE DOOR SPRINGS THE NEXT DAY(A SATURDAY), WITHOUT CHARGING ME A WEEKEND OR EMERGENCY FEE.

THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY, THEY WORKED WITHIN MY SCHEDULE AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS!!

THE OPENER WAS SO SUPER SILENT THAT A WEEK LATER, I HAD THEM INSTALL A NEW SPRING AND OPENER ON OUR SECOND GARAGE DOOR! THE SERVICEMAN WAS WONDERFUL! HE EVEN PROGRAMMED THE AUTO DOOR OPENERS IN OUR 3 CARS!

IF A COMPANY CAN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, THEN THEY MUST NOT NEED BUSINESS.

HE REMOVED A DOUBLE DOOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE ONE IN 2 HRS INCLUDING HOOKING UP THE OPENER. PUT TRIM MOLD OUTSIDE THE DOOR.

AFTER I CALLED THEM TO HAVE MY SPRINGS REPLACED THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE IN 30 MIN.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS THE SERVICEMAN WHO REPLACED THE GARAGE DOOR SPRING. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB.

HE'S GREAT! I CALLED HIM AT 7AM, BECAUSE MY CAR WAS STUCK IN THE GARAGE AND HE WAS THERE BY 9AM, AND THEN APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR TAKING SO LONG!
