I have used them before a couple of years ago so I was trying to find their phone number. They were slow because they miss-ordered the parts and it took two weeks longer than it was expected but they fixed the problem themselves.

Came home to a garage door that would not open. Problem appeared to be due to a broken torsion spring. We choose Deyo based on previous reviews/ratings. Deyo had time available the very next day to service our door. Pheng promptly arrived within the 2 hour scheduled time window and all work was completed in less than 30 minutes. We will definitely use Deyo again for our garage door needs.

This is my second dealing with Deyo Doors. I had a spring break on my garage door. I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to come out that morning at 10:30 to do the repairs. The man who showed up had the parts on his truck, went to work and had the old springs off and the new ones on and tensioned in about 15 minutes. The serviceman was very professional, courteous and competent. If you ever need someone to do repairs to your garage doors, call Deyo first.

I was told that they would be here between 12-3. They arrived at 12:20! I appreciate their promptness. Very nice and friendly, and professional.

Their representative inspected the garage door and gave me an estimate. We then scheduled the work to be done the following week. The same representative who gave me the estimate showed up and actually did the work. He was very efficient and it was obvious to even the casual observer that he was very experienced. He installed the new belt drive motor, adjusted the spring tension, serviced the garage door, programmed the keypad and remote openers and explained the operation and set up to me. He was very friendly as well.

Garage door stopped working on a Friday. Called service provider and scheduled work for Monday morning. Work was completed on time, as scheduled and in a highly professional manner.

Noticed problem on a Wednesday evening. Called Deyo and scheduled service for Thursday morning. Arrived as scheduled and work completed.

Chris arrived a few minutes early on an icy February morning and immediately got to work. In two hours all work was completed and Chris showed me the features and benefits of the new door while demonstrating that it worked perfectly (something my old door never did) with my existing automatic door opener.

I went with someone else, but I appreciated the good email response I got from Deyo.

Great!! I would highly recommend Deyo! They called back immediately, came to my residence the same day to see what I needed, and installed the new door the next day! Very helpful and professional.

We had 5 companies quote us on the new garage door and opener (all "A" rated companies by Angie's List with good comments). Deyo was the lowest quoter. Brian Deyo was very responsive providing the quote and answering several questions as well as setting a date/time for a site visit prior to having the work done. Chris removed our old door and garage door opener and installed the new door and opener. He did a very good job with removal, installation and clean-up. He even called to say he was on the way even though he was within the 45 minute time slot that Brian said his worker would arrive to do the job. The work was estimated to take 3 to 3 1/2 hours but he completed the work in less than 3 hours and was very professional. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I purchased a property that needed a garage door. I already had tenants scheduled to move in and needed the garage door installed before the move-in date. I called Brian and he came out the following work day to give me an estimate. The next day, he had an installer come out to the property to remove the current garage door and install a new garage door. A nice feature was that when the rails were reinstalled they were placed in a better position to make it easier for an opener to be installed at a later date. They did a very good job at a reasonable price and I am very pleased. I gave Deyo a "B" for "quality" because of the hardware not being cleaned up. The quality of the install was "excellent." I will definitely use their services again.

They just did a wonderful job! They have great people! Pheng was so nice, he even gave me tips on my garden! They were very courteous and helpful! The price couldn't be beat. They were very prompt with returning my calls. He found things that were wrong that I wasn't aware of, and fixed them at no extra cost. Any other company probably would have told me I needed a new garage door!

They were extremely responsive, coming out the next day, and did an excellent job.

Great experience! Deyo sent a representative out within 3 hours of my call and had the garage door opener working like new within 30 minutes. Very prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!!

We are very pleased with the service and especially with the price we got. The initial quotes for replacement were significantly lower than what we got from other companies on the Angie's awards list. Also it turned out they could repair the problem for much less without having to replace the cable. So we ended up paying less than the $65 most companies were quoting just for the service call before they have done any work. When we mentioned we found them on Angie's list DEYO gave us a nice discount. We highly recommend their services and their prices can't be beat!!! Give them a call and see for yourself.

Unfortunately, Deyo could not do the work as I was out of their area. However, Brian Deyo called me back right away after I left the message, and was able to suggest someone in my area. The person he suggested was fantastic - came the same day, had a reasonable price, and not only fixed the problem, explained about another problem I had that had previously caused my garage door to come off the track twice. The original installers supposedly fixed it, but he said that what they had done wasn't a permanent fix. For very little extra he fixed it permanent - and I can really tell the difference!

This is the second time I have had to replace the springs and this company was fast, efficient, very honest, and very pleasant to work with. They had to come back to finish the job and showed up when they said they would, got the job done and took the trash with them. Very pleased and impressed with the courtesy and competence of their technicians.

We have four garage doors and are grateful that this company can service them. Spring broke on Sunday. We called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. The work was done promptly. correctly and for a reasonable price. You won't find a better company for this type of work.
