 + -1 moreI would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is very unresponsive and not very professional. My experience is very dissatisfying.
Description of Work: I purchased a bonsai plant as a gift from florist. Florist was suppose to call me to inform me about availability and delivery of gift, which he never did. The plany was delivered came in a defective tray. I notified company about this and they told me they would replace it, which they never did. Within 30 days, the plant was dead. Again, I called the owner and he said to bring it in. We agree upon a time and date to meet. And he never showed up. After tracking him down, since he never returned any telephone calls, he said he would replace the plant. That was 10 days ago, and I still haven't heard from him.
