Chris Westfall and his team recently installed a new fence at my home! Chris provided an estimate which outbid other's which I received! On the day of the installation his team went right to work - completed the job in great timing and did a fantastic job! Friendly work crew. Very professional. They completed the fence in a very timely manner. Build quality was top notch.

Chris and his crew was great to work with. They we priced fairly, worked steadily and did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely manner.

These people came in my home and did a basement remodel. They will promise you the moon and the stars then do a half a** job then lie and say it's not in the contract. Funny I have the original. They will then take your money and run. Chris Westfall said to my face it's not about how it looks. Umm actually it is because it is my house. They refused to let me leave a review on here. Thankfully I just came across their business card. They cut holes in my AC unit in the wrong spot which says to me they don't know what they are doing. They left metal shavings all over my house and my child stepped on them. Not to mention they are very unprofessional. Who brings their sick child to a clients house then allows them to go through the clients house playing with the clients kids toys and ripping stuff up. Please be aware these people will do good on a small job to convince you to hire them for a bigger job which is what they did to us then they will screw you over. Beware. I would leave 0 stars as we didn't get anything we were suppoes too and our hvac guys said that these people had no idea what they were doing and they shouldn't be doing remodels. I now have to hire another company because in my basement they put a full bathroom but NO VENT fan which was 100% in the contract. Lesson learned!

I was very pleased when I hired Designer Framing. A friend of mine referred Chris Westfall who is the owner. My deck was in much need of repair sagging along with rotted boards and the stairs replaced. The quote I got from others were shockingly high. If they even called me back I contacted Chris on a Friday afternoon. He responded immediately. His foreman came out to take pictures. I got a quote from Chris on Sunday that was very reasonable. His crew was on the job on Monday and completed the job. I am so thrilled with their professionalism and cleanliness, they clean the area and their price was outstanding. I called Chris back again to replace a few more boards. . This was on a Friday. His foreman showed up on Tuesday and the job was complete. I am very happy with this company and will certainly use them again.

Where to start? Quote was reasonable. Guy came in a timely manner. First time living in an HOA so we needed some guidance. Accepted the offer from this company and submitted for approval from the HOA. The next thing I know I have lumber delivered into my yard, no schedule, no approval from HOA. Just bunks of lumber left in my front yard to kill the grass while we wait. So I move all the lumber into an unused part of the driveway and call Chris who then tells me heâ s going to have to charge me to store the material( on my property) until the HOA approval comes in. After threatening him to come pick it all up he concedes to give me the time to wait for the approval. Fast forward install day like 7 people show up. Fence is crooked in a bunch of spots. Every piece of gate hardware is missing screws or stripped. Cigarette butts in my yard. Dirt from the holes just piled up and left. By far the fastest installer but piss poor quality control. Oh not to mention the price changed by $500 on the day of install. When informed of his poor craftsmanship we were met with excuses and a promise that he would be back out to inspect. Ghosted. Save your money. Find someone else.

This company is truly spectacular! I needed the boards on my large deck replaced. Chris is very professional and personable and easy to work with. His quote after viewing the area was very timely presented and affordable. His crew works meticulously, very efficiently and leaves no detail behind. I would recommend this company highly. I could not be happier with the entire team for the work they completed on our deck repair/rebuild/expansion. Every person who showed up was extremely polite, friendly and professional. Their work ethic and dedication were on full display when they showed up early morning when they said theyâ d be here, and wasted no time getting to workâ ¦IN THE SNOW!!! Appreciate how approachable everyone was and how willing they were to answer any questions and entertain any ideas we had while the project was underway. Would definitely recommend this team for all your decking needs!!!

Chris and his team did an amazing job on our fence. They built stairs and a gate onto our existing deck. We love the look. They were fast, very professional, and easy to work with. I appreciate the no-nonsense. They took care of everything.

Designer Framing reached out right away and quoted my project without any high pressure sales tactics or commitment traps. They gave me an accurate scheduling wait time of just a few weeks, procured all the materials and delivered them in advance, and showed up to do the job when they said they would. A skilled and organized two-man crew methodically tore out and replaced 250' of wooden fencing in fewer than three consecutive days, and my new fence looks incredible. There were no surprises, no misunderstandings of what I wanted, no shortcomings, and no messes left behind. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I'm ballin on a budget and I needed a privacy fence.... Chris has the best and most efficient crew I could've asked for! The cost for the fencing project was fair. They were able to schedule the work quickly and the workers were polite and cleaned up the project site when they were finished.

UPDATE, April 18 2023: After a frustrating exchange with Chris during which he blamed me for the problems with my porch -- supposedly turning down work he never quoted for me -- I notified him over text message that I have decided that I cannot trust him to do the work and would be pursuing other avenues to resolve our dispute. Here is his response, word for word, which I guess is a weird attempt to insult me: "You haven't made a decision in your life lol your old lady wears those pants. Ok pal if that makes you feel better lol" The lack of professionalism from this company is shocking. UPDATE, April 2023: The original bid for the job specified that the porch boards would slope away from the house to prevent water from collecting on the porch. After a rain storm in March, I noticed a lot of water pooling on the porch and in some areas running toward the house rather than away from it. I took a level out to the porch and found that the boards are sloped toward the house, not away from it. Chris supposedly offers a one-year workmanship guarantee, but he will not respond to me. I notified Chris of the problem with the slope on March 23 over email. I followed up with another email on March 29 and tried to call him on March 30. I sent another follow-up email on April 3. I sent him text messages on March 31 and April 4. I have not received any response through any communication channel. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Working with Chris and his crew was great until it was not. He gave us a great price to re-do a poor job completed by another contractor, and his team finished the work quickly. The attention to detail was not great -- there were paint splashes around the work area and quite a bit of debris left over from the job -- but in general the work seems solid. The replaced porch boards were leaking into my basement when it rained, and Chris quickly arranged for work to seal the leaks. Whatever they did stopped the leak, but it left oily looking streaks all over the porch that collects dirt and looks really messy. I asked Chris what to expect and if we were just stuck with this weird residue, and he stopped responding to my messages. I emailed him separately to get a quote for more work on the porch and hoped to address the awful-looking residue at the same time, but he never got back to me. As I write this review, it has been more than a week since he has not responded to email or text messages. It is a shame; Chris seemed like a nice guy that I could have continued to work with on multiple projects, but I need a contractor who respects the appearance of my property and communicates consistently.

Price reasonable, efficient, good communication, and professional. Didn’t ask for cash up front for materials, which made it obvious. Chris Westfall stands behind his work.

Worked directly with the owner, Chris Westfall in the new design for deck steps and perimeter fencing. Chris was very patient working with my wife and I, as our expectations kept changing. Even in the build out we were still changing the design, Chris was accommodating and his crew responded professionally to those changes. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned up the area upon completion. We will definitely consider him for our next project and have already referred him to three of our neighbors .
