Hired them to replace two small sections of fence with new material, including gates. Their quote for this work was 1/3 the amount quoted to me by a big landscaping company. They did the work quickly. The quality of the work is good. The crew was friendly and clean. I would recommend them for this type of work.

Chris and his company were very professional, came within a few days for an estimate, gave a reasonable quote, and put up a nice-looking 100 foot privacy fence. They were prompt and efficient, cleared the brush around the old fence, and finished in less than 2 days. We were impressed with their work and would hire them again for other projects.

We hired this company to do our front porch. Chris had good reviews with Home Advisor and the BBB. Now I am not so sure, because Chris made promises that he didn't keep. Chris told my Husband that he would be on the job, but instead had 2 other men and 1 Supervisor (most of the time the Supervisor was not onsite) did the job and we never saw Chris again. We paid for the demo and for all trash to be taken away. We contacted Chris on more than 1 occasion. The last time he spoke to my husband was by text promised to call us and come back to clean up the debris when he returned from vacation (On 06/23/2021 you promised to be here on 06/25/21 we contacted you this day) and we have had NO COMMUNICATION with you since. Well Chris did you get back from vacation (month later), because we cleaned up the debris that we paid you to do. I have wood that is not flush with each other, some boards not nailed in at all. I have nail heads sticking up that could cut kids and animal's. We had to replace 1 of the hand rails due to it had cracks and was really rough this would have cut someone and as a home owner this would have been my responsibility. At this point with broken promises and your face was never seen again, my Husband paid you sending the check as you asked and honestly I wished he didn't pay you. At the time of your Team doing my porch you told us that if we was to give you a good review you would give us a discount. Well companies that do good gets good reviews, SHOTTY work don't deserve it. At this point I think we deserve a discount for cleaning up the debris that you didn't finish. I feel we deserve a discount for having to fix your SHOTTY work this is why you was hired so we didn't have to do it ourselves. I have talked to Home Advisors about you, and we will be looking forward to hearing from you about a reimbursement. If we can't have communication to get this resolved in the next 3 business days then I will get the BBB involved. Sincerely, The Jones Family

Chris Westfall and his company came and gave me estimate to replace my old weathered deck boards with a composite decking. They also replaced my railing as well. They showed up on time and the workers were very nice. They also stayed within the budget that was quoted. I would definitely hire them again!

When trying to obtain a bid to replace the boards on our porch that had been water damaged, Designer Framing was one of the few to respond. They provided a very reasonable quote, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job in a day. Wonderful to work with and I would hire them again.

Superior customer service!

Chris was very knowledgeable and informative. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions about materials and design. His estimate was the best I received. The work was completed on time. There were no delays Afterwards, there were a few things I wanted adjusted, and Chris came out that same afternoon to check on them. His team was here the next morning to complete the job and Chris even placed some extra trim on the deck as a bonus! Such a wonderful experience dealing with him and his team!

Chris and his team did an excellent and quick job on our aging deck. The new deck has absolutely rejuvenated our backyard space and we could not be more pleased with the work!

I had to pick a category but honestly i gave them a cluster of projects. The thing that is nice is typically you are apprehensive about talking to a contractor and saying well- i need these 17 small projects taken care of. Chris was an absolutely partner through this process to help me work through all of the odds and ends in my house. Whether is was a project i hadn't started, or one i was halfway through, or one where i messed up! Chris and his team stepped in to take care of everything exceptionally! I truly appreciated Chris's approach to the project, professionalism in the process, and results he delivered. Will be using him again.

Very pleasant and kind people and they cleaned up and they were fast

We had hired Chris in may to replace our fence. When they first started to put up the fence I had to have them stop a few times to fix some issues from the get-go. Once the fence was completely installed we immediately noticed some bigger issues such as our back gate not even being able to open. Most of the posts are already cracking and most of the boards are not even nailed in, but the nail just goes straight through into nothing. There are spots where the boards were cut too short so instead of cutting a new board, they just used an absurd amount of nails or cut a smaller piece and stuck it right on top. The posts are also put into concrete but they over-poured the concrete so much that we no longer have grass growing around the fence. It looks absolutely terrible. After trying to contact Chris multiple times he blocked both mine and my wifes phone number and has not responded. I am in awe at how unprofessional this entire experience has been. We paid a significant amount of money for a terribly built fence that will not even last. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a new fence.

Poor workmanship, terrible painting. They got overspray on the deck, furniture, walkway, and could not clean them up.

Chris and his crew was very easy to work with. Removed the old deck wood and replaced it with new treated wood, the work was completed in 2 days along with staining the whole deck.
