I know that they use a 3rd party to design the arrangements and for the photos, like almost every florist. However, the flowers were only so-so in "freshness," and they didn't last long. Price was OK and delivery was timely.

 + -1 moreI ordered flowers for Valentine's Day several days in advance in hopes of avoiding the rush of people buying that day. I set a pick up time for the day of. I realize this is probably their busiest day of the year but that is why I placed the order ahead of time. When I arrived at the scheduled, not only were the flowers not ready but I had to wait for several other orders to be completed. On top of it all, they ran out of the vase I ordered. What is the point of taking my order ahead of time then? The completed flowers were nice but definitely not worth the price or experience.

I went online to DeSantis, their website is great, I placed my order with instructions to deliver the next day before the first funeral showing at 2:00pm. When I went to the later showing, my sister-in-law told me that the flowers that I ordered had been delivered very early that day, way before 2:00pm. The flowers looked just like the arrangement pictured online, they were fresh and beautiful.
