DENT DOCTOR

I arrived and hand them inspect the car. They provided a price quite and said they could do it while I waited. I agreed and they took my car into the back. The wait was longer than I expected, however, the quality of the work was excellent. I felt it was a good value.

It went very well. They prepare and prepaint the bumper so that I only have to show up and wait 30 minutes to an hour while they install it.

Able to evaluate car and do repair on same day. Very courteous. Was clear that dent smoothing would likely be good outcome - but that scraped paint would only be "90%" back to new looking. The dent was, in fact, not noticeable once corrected. The paint repair initially looked very good, but over time the scraped area became more obvious again. I was able to get some touch up paint from the dealer, however, and bring the job back to 90% improved.

Arrived when the shop opened at 9:00 and was promptly met and greeted . The gentleman working was very pleasant and professional . My car was ready in 30 minutes

I thought they were prompt. They were very good and very professional. This is the second time that we've gone there as we've had my wife's car repaired as well. We went back because they did such a good job at that time.

They were very good, very quick and it was easy to get in to see them. I think the price was also good. They really did a nice job, matched the color and you can't tell there was a dent there.

I dropped in for an estimate and was told that the work can be done right away. There was a scratch in the dent and I got some paint from the dealer for the guys at Dent Doctor to use. You have to look very closely to see where the dent was (and it was a big ugly one) and the door looks great. Not counting the time I spent going to the dealer to get the paint, I was in and out within an hour. Great experience and I'd go to these guys again.

I went in at 8:15 am on a Friday. Within minutes I got the estimate of ~$200 to repair 2 very large dents in the driver door and 2 very large dents in the rear panel (dents from other drivers opening their doors into my car....grrrrrr). I approved and they started work immediately. I drank some freshly-made coffee and watched TV in the waiting room. They found and showed me 2 more dents in the drivers door and I approved them fixing those as well. The total was $250 and he honored the $10 off coupon I printed out from their web site. I was on my way by 9:15. They were very nice, quick, and professional and the car looks great. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.

We were given an estimate and were told the car would be done in an hour. We had lunch and came back to find the car ready and in PERFECT condition. There is no evidence of the dent. The gentleman in charge here is absolutely charming. He told us that most body shops would have replaced the bumper but he had the skills needed to fix it. We are very very pleased with the repair. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. An absolute joy to work with. If I ever need any body work, this will be the first place I contact.

It does not look like new, but looks very good, especially for what it cost. It is exactly what I wanted to have done. And they did it while I waited.

My encounter went well. Dent Doctor honored their coupon for 10% off a competitor's estimate. I dropped off my vehicle on a Friday night, and they were able to repair the dent first thing Saturday morning. I really appreciated their extended hours of operation on Friday and Saturday. It was very convenient. The dent ws repaired to about 95% of its original condition.

My car has pearl paint that would be nearly impossible to match if I had gone to another body shop. Dent Doctor provided a less expensive alternative and now you can't tell there was any damage. I arrived and the owner assessed the damage and they were able to work on my car immediately. Within 45 minutes my car was finished and looked like new. I can't be more pleased with the speed, quality of service and the cost.

The result was a car that looks like new. Yes, there are still some places that show bug-erosion, but they are not noticeable except under bright light and do not detract from the overall beauty of the finish. They could not wet-sand deeper without eroding the clear-coat. They did not want to go that far and I think they were right. The process they used really cleaned up the car's surface and it's 100% better than before. No future buyer will be put off by the finish.

The personnel I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I dropped the 2004 Prius off at the appointed time and left my cell phone number for them to call me when it was done. I had been told it would take about 1-1/2 hours. After three hours with no call, I called them. I was told that they had called and left a message that the car was done. However, there was no message. On arriving at the place of business I was told that an employee was asked to call me but had gone to lunch instead. No big problem. In any event, the work done on the car was excellent. There was absolutely no evidence of the damage that had been done.

I stopped in at 8:30 AM, and they took me right in. They estimated that it would take 5 hours to fix, and called me at 2:20 PM to let me know it was done.

He did an excellent job. He has a great reputation. They are professional, the charge is appropriate.

The work was quite satisfactory. I am not sure price-wise, since I did not check others. They just took the dent out, no painting was required. The service was fine and convenient.

I went in for an estimate. Agreed with the price, and they did it in the next hour. It looks very good. I have used them a number of times over the years and have always found them to be very good.

Owner was responsive and professional. I "dropped in" for an estimate. He explained the reason the tear was not fixable and called his supplier to find the cost of a replacement bumper cover. I paid a deposit and approximately five days later (including weekend), I stopped in to have cover installed. Owner encourages "drop ins." The work was completed in approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours, which I consider good since I made no appointment.
